I hired this company to develop software for us and they have taken over REMOVEDdollars and have not produced the software and have now ghosted any communication with us when requesting a copy of the code that we have paid for up until this point.

    Business Response

    Date: 11/04/2025

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint submitted by Mr. REMOVEDof REMOVED365.

Mr. REMOVEDengaged Alpha Bravo Development to design and develop a custom electronic medical record (EMR) software system for his organization. The project was structured in multiple defined phases, each tied to clear deliverables and timelines.

Alpha Bravo successfully completed and delivered all contracted phases on schedule, up to the point where further progress required third-party REMOVEDthat only REMOVED365 could obtain. The advanced features dependent on these REMOVEDinclude:
    - Lab result retrieval and reporting (LabCorp API)
    - Prescription synchronization (SureScript API)
    - Marketing automation and campaign integration (Campaigner API)

These REMOVEDcan only be issued directly to REMOVED365 as the account holder with those providers, meaning our team could not proceed until the client supplied access credentials.
Our communication record (see attached EmailLog.pdf) shows an ongoing, transparent, and professional effort to obtain these required REMOVED:

REMOVEDrem;">REMOVEDrem;">May 22, 2024: Alpha Bravo first notified the client that the REMOVEDwere needed and that, without them, project delays would occur.

    REMOVEDrem;"> REMOVEDrem;">- REMOVEDrem;">MayJune 2024: Our team sent multiple follow-ups (May 24, 29, 31; June 4, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 24). On June 8, REMOVED365s representative, REMOVEDconfirmed they did not yet have the REMOVEDbut were working on it.

REMOVEDrem;">- REMOVEDrem;">June 26, 2024: Mr. REMOVEDreplied that LabCorp was requesting additional information before releasing the REMOVED. We immediately provided supporting documentation to help accelerate that process.

REMOVEDrem;">- REMOVEDrem;">JulyOctober 2024: Despite continued correspondence, none of the required REMOVEDwere provided. The only integration received (Dialpad) was implemented successfully within days.

REMOVEDrem;"> REMOVEDrem;">- January 16, 2025: Mr. REMOVEDpersonally emailed that he was frustrated with LabCorp and SureScript but added that he appreciates Alpha Bravo staying on top of this as we continue.

May 29, 2025: During a recorded Zoom call, Mr. REMOVEDexpressly acknowledged that Alpha Bravo was not at fault for the delays and attributed them to difficulties obtaining third-party access, stating:
Im not upset with you, I know its not your fault Especially with LabCorp Its absolutely fREMOVEDing insane So, I apologize about the delay. I have reached out to their manager to see if we can expedite some of that too.

This statement confirms Mr. REMOVEDfull understanding of the cause of the delays and directly contradicts the current allegations.

Across this 12-month period, we sent over 35 written follow-ups requesting API access, offering support, and warning that the project would remain paused until those integrations were provided.
Alpha Bravo Development has completed a lot of contracted development work not dependent on missing third-party integrations, including:

    - Core EMR modules (patients, providers, appointments, billing, and records)
    - User authentication and secure access system
    - Dashboard, scheduling, and communication tools
    - Partial integrations for the provided Dialpad service

A functional development server remains live and accessible for verification:
    REMOVED
    Username: REMOVED
    Password: 12345@aA

REMOVEDrem;">This server demonstrates the extensive work completed and disproves any suggestion that no software was produced.

Mr. REMOVEDcomplaint alleges that Alpha Bravo took $30,000 and produced no software and ghosted all communication. These claims are factually inaccurate and contradicted by written correspondence, recorded meetings, and the accessible system. Over 35 documented emails were sent by our team, providing updates, requesting API credentials, and explaining the impact of missing integrations. The client repeatedly acknowledged in writing that the missing REMOVEDwere causing delays and expressly praised our persistence and professionalism in staying engaged.
Furthermore, the client still owes $15,000 for the final phase of work. Calling our company a scam under these circumstances is inaccurate and damaging. Alpha Bravo has maintained full transparency, consistent communication, and contractual compliance throughout this project.

In addition to continued communication, Alpha Bravo has actively sought to resolve this matter directly with Mr. REMOVEDOn multiple occasions, we offered a clear and fair choice between two paths forward:

    1. Project Continuation and Completion Alpha Bravo would resume development and complete all remaining features immediately upon receipt of the required third-party API credentials and remittance of the final project balance, as outlined in the contract.

    2. Mutual Termination and Handover Should REMOVED365 wish to discontinue development, Alpha Bravo would provide a full handover of all completed work, code, and documentation.
These offers were made in writing to Mr. REMOVEDand they remain open. Either path ensures that REMOVED365 receives the full benefit of the work already completed and reflects Alpha Bravos ongoing good faith and professionalism.

The existence of a working development environment, extensive communication record, and multiple good-faith resolution offers clearly disprove the claim that Alpha Bravo did nothing or disappeared. Our company has remained engaged, responsive, and cooperative at every step.

Alpha Bravo has upheld every term of our agreement and acted in good faith at every stage.
    - We delivered all phases and milestones within our control.
    - We informed the client in writing and repeatedly that missing third-party REMOVEDwould cause delays.
    - We offered assistance to coordinate directly with LabCorp and SureScript.

The client acknowledged these facts and expressed appreciation for our teams efforts.

REMOVEDrem;">Our only barrier to project completion has been the unavailability of client-supplied third-party credentials, a factor explicitly beyond our control.

Alpha Bravo Development remains fully committed to completing the remaining features as soon as the client provides the required third-party API access. We take pride in our professionalism, transparency, and the significant progress already achieved. Our documentation and actions demonstrate that Alpha Bravo has operated responsibly, ethically, and in full compliance with our contractual commitments.

I am rejecting this response because they are lying, and before spending time diving in deeper, the surface information should suffice. I have several emails that were never responded to, where I had requested access to the software for viewing, and the login credentials did not work. Everyone was radio silent, including his assistant.  Here are screenshots from continued requests with ZERO correspondence. This has been an ongoing issue; the only reason they responded was by filing the complaint and leaving a review of their wrongdoings. It is disheartening to see the lies continue, as I had hoped there would be a resolution before moving forward with legal action.

    Sincerely,

    REMOVED

    Business Response

    Date: 11/20/2025

We appreciate the opportunity to provide further clarification on this project.

We understand REMOVEDconcern, and we are sorry for any communication lapse toward the end of the engagement. REMOVEDis right that communication could have been smoother; however, this did not affect the project in any way, as development had already been formally paused for over eight months due to the missing REMOVEDwhich we notified REMOVEDabout more than 30 times and the project was inactive. These facts remain unchanged and are fully documented in the email log, in REMOVED16, 2025 acknowledgment, and in REMOVEDrecorded statement on May 29, 2025 stating Im not upset with you, I know its not your fault I apologize about the delay.

During this time, no development work could legally or technically proceed.

Should REMOVED365 choose to resume the project by providing the required REMOVEDwe are committed to ensuring that communication remains timely and fully transparent moving forward.

As we previously mentioned, these REMOVEDcan only be issued to the client, not to Alpha Bravo, and we repeatedly informed REMOVEDthat development would remain paused until they were received.

Throughout this same period, most of these notices went unanswered. Despite this, we continued following up in good faith for over a year.

It is important to note that REMOVEDfully acknowledged the cause of the delay at the time. In his email on January 16, 2025, he wrote that he was frustrated with LabCorp and SureScript and added, I appreciate you staying on top of this as we continue.

Furthermore, in our recorded Zoom meeting on May 29, 2025, REMOVEDexpressly confirmed that Alpha Bravo was not responsible for the delays, stating:
Im not upset with you, I know its not your fault Especially with LabCorp So, I apologize about the delay.

This statement directly contradicts the current position he is taking in this complaint.

For clarity, Alpha Bravo successfully completed all work within our control, and a fully functioning development environment, reflecting substantial delivered work, remained live and accessible throughout the engagement.

It is also important to note that there remains an outstanding project balance of approximately $20,000, representing additional development phases that include the third-party REMOVEDintegrations and final feature development. To date, REMOVEDhas paid for roughly 60% of the total contracted scope, and Alpha Bravo has completed all corresponding deliverables within that portion. The remaining features cannot be developed until the required REMOVEDare provided, meaning the level of completed work aligns precisely with the amount paid to date.

We remain ready to complete the remaining features as soon as the required REMOVEDare provided, or to facilitate a mutual handover of all completed work. Our goal continues to be resolving this matter professionally and fairly.

Please find a summary of the emails we sent REMOVEDrequesting the REMOVEDand informing him of the delays should we not receive them. Unfortunately, the majority of these messages went unanswered by REMOVED
