    ***** ******* at Barry University has denied me my right to become an emergency medical technician, he ignores my calls and now wont approve the certification in which I received in April 2023, I was able to talk to him twice and he said the people in charge at the time I was there are no longer there and he cant help me, I paid thousands of dollars to become an emergency medical technician, I completed all my assignments and my exams and received my certification from Barry university and now I cant schedule my test with the state of *******, I was given 2 years to take my state exam, and Mr. ******* said why I took so long? Because I have the right to do so, I told him. If Mr. ******* is denying me my right than he should issue me a full refund for the services I paid for.

    When I attended Barry University from August ****- May 2007 I had taken out several loans. However, in 2007 I had taken out loans that Barry kept and never returned after I had left and graduated in May 2007 over $10,000 in private and government loan money. It appeared in my student loan history on ************************** System at the time but now its on **************. After graduating I had caught the fraudulent act in November 2007. I called Barry University financial aid office at the time and explain the situation and asked Barry University to return the loan money since I was no longer a student there but rather a alumni. At the time, the Financial Aid Director at Barry University promised he would return the loan money that Barry University illegally kept after I had graduated but never did. Can someone please help me investigate this situation
