    I paid $69.55 for a new autograph card advertised on the sellers page. Seller never gave me a valid tracking number. Once I complain about not being able to track my item, the seller sent me a damaged autograph card. Nothing like the one he is advertising for sell. Seller refuses to give me a replacement or a refund. He keeps hanging up the phone and has recently block my phone number. Very rude customer service. The seller told me if I did not approve with his customer service to report him to the ********************. The seller's name is ***** and said he doesn't care about the customer rights. Buy at your own risk kinda deal. Very disappointed that I could not come to an agreement.

    I would like to provide context regarding a recent interaction with a customer named *******.
    ******* attempted to purchase a card from me on four separate occasions, but each time the payment was declined. Initially, I suspected potential fraudulent activity. Once he got the payment to go thru and chose to wait two days before taking any action. When the funds were finally released, I fulfilled the order and shipped the card.
    On the same day the item was shipped, ******* sent me an aggressive email demanding to know why it hadnt yet arrived and requesting to cancel the order. I responded with tracking information showing that the item had already been sent. He then replied with an apology and admitted there had been a misunderstanding. Ive included that email above for your reference.
    A few days later, I began receiving repeated calls from a 323 area code. When I answered, the caller ******* began verbally abusing me and accusing me of sending a fake card. I calmly explained that the card was authentic and that I had photographic evidence from the day I obtained the signature. He dismissed this and demanded a return label immediately. Unfortunately, during this call he used a racial slur and continued yelling.
    I told him that I was at work and would send the label as soon as I got home. He did not accept this and continued calling repeatedly over 15 times in a short span, leading me to block his number due to the harassment.
    That evening, I emailed him the return label as promised. He returned the item, and I promptly issued a full refund.
    Throughout the entire interaction, I remained professional. I did not use foul language or respond with hostility, despite the extreme verbal abuse. In addition to the harassment, ******* later sent me an email that included a photo of my house and a highly explicit voicemail, which I have also provided as evidence.
    In my ******+ successful sales and 50 years of life, I have never encountered a customer who behaved this way. This experience was deeply disturbing, and I believe it reflects a clear case of harassment.
    I respectfully request that no negative **** be added to my record as a result of this incident. I handled the situation with integrity and professionalism under very difficult circumstances.
