    I purchased clothing items from this company on August 16. Those items were supposed to arrive by August 24. They never did. I contacted the company on Sep 7 and requested that they cancel the order given that 3 weeks had passed and I didn't even have a tracking number. They refused and insisted that the products were simply delayed and that orders can ONLY be cancelled within an hour of ordering. It's now Sept 29 (over 6 weeks later) and still not product, tracking number or communication. I want Pologize to cancel this order and refund my money immediately.

    Under ORDER # ******, on September 2nd 2022, I bought a GRAY/M Pologize Slim Wool Coat 1 for USD$125.99 together with a Insuredcart - Shipping Protection 1 for USD$1.99, and a 10% discount for subscribing. All for a full price of USD$115.19.Its September 24th 2022 and not even a tracking number has been given so far, despite the fact Ive been using their fictious *********** at https://pologize.com/pages/help-center where a bot called Aura replies with standard answers assuring me I will receive an email containing shipping information, including a tracking number, to what Im obviously still waiting.Its curious that then they asked me to review the resolution process given by ******. Apparently they do not only scam people but also cannot even agree with how to name their own bots.Since I had no tracking number, and no solution was given through the previous process, I tried to track my order #****** using the track your order feature at https://pologize.com/a/track-your-order and all I got was this message Just a moment!SEEMS THAT YOUR ORDER IS BEING TRACKED FOR THE FIRST TIME. WE ARE GETTING THE MOST RECENT INFO ON YOUR ORDER FROM COURIER, WE WILL REFRESH THE **** AUTOMATICALLY WHEN TRACKING DETAILS ARE UPDATED.Once again, Im obviously still waiting for the page to refresh.After all what happened, I went to check if there were any comments or reviews on this so called online store and all Ive found is that I am not the only victim here and that many people have *** scammed by these professionals whom should definitely be put out to public scorn now that its obvious their website has not been shut down yet.

    I ordered summer clothing from this company on June 28, 2022. They estimated delivery within 12 business days, which would have been July 13. They were full of excuses; I kept checking the tracking number they provided. On August 22, they claimed the package was delivered by *********** No sign of it. No response to my last request for more information or a refund. Even if the clothing HAD arrived -- 2 months after I ordered it-- it would be out of season by now. I wish I had checked their BBB rating before placing my order.

    I placed an order through Pologize for a polo shirt(which I had seen on numerous other sites) and a wallet.In 2 days it will have been 6 weeks since I have placed and paid for the order. I have contacted Pologize 4 times about the status of my order and each time have received what seems to be a pre-written response for generic complaints. My order has still not been shipped. I asked that Pologize cancel my order and refund the amount paid to my credit card. Thier response was that because their orders are custom made, they offer a one hour cancelation window, which has already closed. Not sure how you can custom make a wallet and a polo shirt that I've seen on 4 different sites though. I would like a refund to the items I have purchased.
