      Medical **** hasn't provided the Support that My elderly Mother registered to receive by Their Promises. My mother has been bounced around like a volley ball. She has pleaded to talk to her Social Worker and for weeks they haven't contacted her. **** Medical Facilities has no Directories and only one solely business number for all. I find this very discriminating and a monopolized operation where no one is at fault. She has been changed different medical specialists and doctors and they can never find her medical problems. Most American Hospitals have a directory and this Hispanic Monopoly has no directories. The State and Governor ******** should these private facilities accountable.

      For the past month, The ****************** has been requested billing for my grandmother visits/cures at **** Medical Center due to car that ran over her in December 2023. Till the day **** has only sent 4 bills that was sent to ******** when she has about 20+ visits at your facility to cure her injury. I would like my email to be escalated to a supervisor so we can resolve this easy issue that is taking so long. As a ******** patient she has all the rights to receive copy of each visit to your facility and get billing information for each of them. My grandmother has signed at **** Medical a release authorization . (Note : when she hire the law group she signed a release to obtain records) The ******************, ******************************, who has a writing authorization from ***************************** so they can work on her behalf.Email: ******************** Resolution: For a supervisor in billing to contact the **** Group and provide *************************** the requested billing information to resolve this case. Thank you, ********
