    Required an upgrade to met the voice over 4gLTE system. Received said upgrade. Attempted to follow their instructions to migrate, only for it to fail to activate. Contacted tech support to get no actual assistance and somehow have the my pepaid service for my older phone (texting phone ******* minutes and 63 days as of today valued at $293.55) changed to a lesser value 2gb 30 day data plan ($30) when they claimed to transfer my "airtime minutes" to sim account of the new phone. To summarize I've gone from having a few thousand minutes with a phone that did work, to owning two paper weights, I cannot use even in an Emergency. A loss of at least $200 for services already paid for. No resolution so far.

    Stay away from this company! I had Net10 for years, and for a while I was satisfied. In March of this year I started to have problems with making and receiving calls. I called in and was told that my SIM card was outdated. Initially they wanted me to pay for the new SIM card. I had to speak to several representatives before they sent the card for free. I still had problems and went through another round of calls. I was then sent yet another SIM card. That SIM card did not work either, and I was just fed up. I switched to **** in **** when I could no longer send or receive texts messages and the mobile data wasn't working properly. Before the switch I was told that a refund for the $47.00 I paid for the month of **** would be refunded. I did not get that refund. I called again on 09/11/22 and was promised the refund again. When I remembered that I was supposed to get the refund, and checked my card statement I realized that I did not get the refund. Upon calling in again on 9/21/22 I was told that a refund would not be allowed because my number had been transferred to another company. This company is no longer good. **************** will not tell you the truth, and you will not have records showing how much they lie. I even asked for all of the recorded calls I've made to them since March and I'm transferred to an automated line stating that I have to send in a sworn statement/letter.I have spent hours just trying to get the promised $47.00 refund.

    Their customer service is beyond bad no one speaks enough English to be able to solve your problems. Hung up on several times spent several hours and at least 7 calls with no support. When do we as customers stop allowing companies to treat us this way ?

    Net10is trying to solicit another months fee in order for me to transfer my py number I e had for over 23yrz to another company,when net to merge over to another company servit does not work in the area I live

    can i please give 0 stars?They lost my phone number of 20 years, by an error, or ill will of one of their employees (****) and seem to not care at all and had me on the phone for over 4 hours just to tell me to call back in 48 hours to see IF maybe they can retrieve it with no guarantee.You should 100% stay away from this company or any Trackphone related business.I'm now the 4rth person I know that has had something like this happen to with NET10 WIRELESS.

    They didnt give me my missing items (poem, case) for me to collect job/ten million dollars.
