      Unfortunately we are only the listing site and have no control over what happened between this user and buyer. She will have to dispute the charge directly with her credit card and continue escalating the case with the buyer.

      Unfortunately we do not get in the middle of the transaction between you and the breeders.  Breeders list their kittens for sale that is the only service we provide. Once you contact the breeder it is up to you to do the due diligence to ensure the breeder is of good standing.

      I am rejecting this response because: The seller is still being allowed to scam other consumers on the website which shows their lack of care for the company they own. This makes the website owners the responsible party to ensure customers are being treated fairly and they are only allowing posts by sellers with integrity. If they had removed the seller after discovering the illegal actions, they are using their site for, it would show they cared. But they didn't, in my book that means they accept full responsibility.
