    They messaged me and told me to send screen shots to their live chat . But there is no way to contact live chat I click live chat and nothing happens. There is no live chat

    This is the e mail I received back from silver oak casino. I can not contact live chat because when I click live chat nothing happens. I can not submit my payments to it. This is not fare I have been waiting a month for this money.

    I played here bc I got free credit. I won and wanted to cash out. I was told to cash out I had to deposit $10 so I did. My cash out was approved on February 14. According to their terms and service, the cash outs will be paid out within 7 to 10 days. I have yet to receive my cash out and I have emailed them four separate times and have only received an automatic email back. They will not contact me they will not pay me.

    a email was sent to me in a form of promotion with free play. slots game. i p;ayed using the slots free play. i like the game so far. so i started a account,. i paid 30 dollars. and won ******. i use the withdraw method they had on the game. they give u 4 options of withdraw. bitcoin, check, wire transfer. ********. first i use the bitcoin method. denied that method. i use the check method. they told me that they no longer use that method. so i use the wire transfer. choosing one of there suggestion for the bank for the wire transfer. ***. so since nov *******. i been trying to get the withdraw. and u have to wait 10 days for any method of withdraw. now the tell me they dont accept bmo. which they pick for the withdraw. now they want me to send all info to . ****************************************** which its a fraud app. my username is 8bm104ygnq. there is no tracking number. because it has not even been process.     I receive a email from slots&garden. For a free play. I like the game so I started an account. I then deposit *****. And won ******. Then I go to cash out. They give u 4 methods of withdrawal. Bitcoins,coinbase,check wire transfer. I choose the bitcoin. They told me it's not allowed, then I pick check method. They then told me they no longer use the check method. So then I pick the wire transfer. When u pick the wire transfer the give u instructions on the process. And give u a list of banks they accept. I pick bmo. So u have to wait 10 days. Before u get the transfer. Now they tell me they don't use bmo bank for wire transfer. Then they give me a fraudulent email to summit my wire transfer to. It's been since Nov 22 2024. Of me trying to get my payout for ******.

    I played online slots with silver oak casino, I ended up winning and withdrawing $900.00 on September 4th 2024, it states that the approval for withdrawal is made 7-10 business days from the withdrawal request. After reading reviews of the casino and seeing other peoples issue with withdrawals, I started to get a worried, but I decided to make sure to keep checking to make sure they have everything they needed from me. Today is the 11th business day and I was told yesterday that it was escalated and it should be approved by the end of the day yesterday..I go to check for the approval today and be tried to tell me their still within their timeframe I showed him screen shots showing him that the lady told me it had already been escalated and then he corrected himself and said wait another ***** hours for approvalthats not stated in their policy, that they can extend their 7-10 business days just because they are overwhelmed with transactionsI still have to wait another 7-10 business days after approval to get a whooping $900.00 that I rightfully won.that does not seem fair or legitimate and I just want the approval they promise within the timeframe they state in their policyif you win anything at this casino they already make you wait longer than any other casinothe least they can do is follow their own policy stated on their terms and conditions.i have screen shots of every chat and none of them seem to do anything other then make excuses of why they havent approved payment

    I was issued a $100.00 free credit from Silver Oak and I played the $100.00 chip, I met the playthrough requirements, I cashed out $400.00, and $100.00 was approved for withdraw on 1/29/2024. Customer Support keeps giving me different information every time I contact them and some of them wont answer my questions or connect me with a supervisor or someone who can answer my questions. On 2/15/2024, ***************************** told me the payment was sent to my bank and to check my account or call my bank, which I did and it was not in there. On 2/27/2024, I was told by ***************************** that the payment is going to take 10 more business days to finalize and its already been 3 weeks. He was very unhelpful and rude, he had no customer service skills, he would not connect me with a supervisor or someone who could answer my questions, and he kept telling me I had to wait, when I was already told by other representatives that it was sent to my bank and I will get the payment this week.

    I won money playing their casino games I then verified my ******* and proved that my account was good and they confirmed that I withdrew the winnings and confirimed they sent it to me. Then they offered me a deal on making another deposit so I tried to and thats when my winning withdraw was canceled by their manager with no explanion or not even one email response to me
