    My credit card was hacked for a monthly service fee of $29 / month, for up to 7 months. It was unfortunate that my wife and I where not paying attention to our monthly business statements. I was never notified and I've never been to their web site. I tried to resolve the refund respectfully.They wouldn't acknowledge if I had a log record of going to their site, because there is NO log of me going to their site. The best they would offer was a month refund.Corporations with this attitude survive on the backs of small business. Shame on them.****
