    *** had problems trying to get a hold of the company to find out where my car is. My car was supposed to be here a week to 10 days after pick up, the company is screening my phone calls. They said that they were going to get a hold of the driver still no response. I dont know if my car is stolen or not. I see that other people have problems with this company in similar fashion.

    I spoke with ************************* via text messages on Thursday (6/22/23) about transporting my car from ****************, ** to ****************. He said he had a driver on Saturday and urged me to agree to it so my car could be picked up on Saturday (6/24/23). I gave him both locations info and we agreed and he sent the contract stating my car would be picked up on Saturday 6/24/23 and he charged me $150 deposit. When Saturday came, no one called us to tell us anything and my car was not picked up. I finally got ahold of **** (via text) on Monday (6/26/23) and he told me that the drivers truck broke down and he wasnt sure why the driver didnt contact anyone. He then said it could be picked up the next day, but he wanted more money. I thought it sounded like a scam and asked for a refund. He said no. I have the email and text messages with him as proof. I then called the companys 888 number the same day and asked for a refund. The man who I spoke with said he would talk his supervisor and I had to call back 2 other times and he finally said they were processing a refund. On, Wednesday (July 5th), I had no refund. I called back and he said they would get me the proof of a refund being issued by the end of the day. I never received anything. No return call. No email. Nothing.

    Coast 2 coast logistics screwed me on my car shipping and refusing to refund my deposit. Because of them I am 3 weeks without a car already. Not only i have to Uber but I also overpaid for car shipping cause I am desperate to get my car already and it took me this long to arrange shipping. They need to refund my money with no hassle

    Had agreement with Coast to Coast Logistics LLC out of ***** to broker transportation of my vehicle from ** to **. $150 fee paid when I was advised that Carrier G4 Transport LLC (their contact and names were provided) was scheduled to pick up my vehicle on a specific date at Noon. I called carrier the prior day and was told they had not provided a Noon pickup time, they would try to arrive by 5pm. I received call from driver at around 3:30 day of scheduled pickup asking for exact pickup address which was provided and driver said he would be there at 5. Waited in parking lot for 2 hours for driver to show up, went to another nearby location for additional 2 hours. From then on, driver /transport company would not answer phone. Next am I contacted ********************* at Coast to Coast who sounded surprised and said he would let me know what was going on. From that point on he would not respond to any voicemails or answer my calls. I am out the broker fee with no transport provided.
