    I never received the car report. I sent two emails and tried to contact them by phone, but no one helped me.

    I purchased a vin report for $1.00 for a 7day trial for 30 reports. 10 minutes later i was also charged $4.95. As soon as i noticed charges that same day I called and sent email to refund and cancel. I received an email that they canceled my account but no refund. Disputed with ****** and they sent ****** some bs that says their charges are accurate. This report is not accurate on my car and nowhere does it say I willl be charged $5.95 in 10minutes.

    7/20/25 $5.95 VinSeeker, LLC I ordered a detailed report for a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) for a used car we were looking to buy. I order the detailed VIN car report and the document generated a blank document. I tried numerous times to settle this with VinSeeker directly but they wouldn't do anything about it. They could care less. I even sent them documentation showing them the report they generated for me.

    Ordered vehicle history report supposed to be $1.00 then they charged me an unknown fee of $4.95 on top of that. The report didnt have any of the info i needed and what it did hav, half of it was wrong. Cannot contact due to automated phone and no option to speak to anyone and they dont respond to email support.

    I thought I ordered one car vin report for $1 for a car I was buying. Then I get charged $29.95 for subscription that was not explained when I got the first report. I called and spoke to someone who said they would cancel and refund. My bank sent them a letter and they refused to refund the money.

    I recently purchased two $1 vin reports and a week later this company charges $29.95 on my account for a subscription! No where did it say I would be charged. Im very sad these people scammed me :( Ive been having bad luck and needed to buy a car **** even more bad luck my way! I need a refund and I dont even want a subscription!!

    Like many other complaints on here: I ordered a single report for a single car for $1.00. A week later, a $29.95 charge apoeared through ******. I did not authorize nor approve this charge. Nowhere, when signing up for the single report, does it state that one will receive future $29.95 charges. This company is fraud and a scam. Refund me my $29.95.
