AVOID- A complete and total sham. They took forever to pick me up. I was in the blazing sun with all my luggages and kids. I had prepaid $100, but then told i had to pay $350 more? I provided my personal insurance, credit card insurance but yet somehow they said more insurance had to be paid?otherwise i would not be allowed to take the vehicle. Ive rented cars at different facilities for over 20 years, this has never happened before.tolls in ******* tend to be less than $1 however i was precharged $80 to use their sunpass for only 1 wk? Also there is no proof of what was used given. This is a scam purposely done to all customers. While i was there i saw 2 other customers frustrated with the same issues.Very dishonest, This is not a reputable business.

I dont want to even give them one star. They have deceitful business practices to get more money out of the customer. Had to pay a fee for using a debit/credit card which is all we use. Had to pay another fee and a deposit in case we stole the car!! Will never use this company again.

It looks like they have been trained to intentionally deceive customers. I was also forced to buy partial damage waiver although I had my own insurance. In addition to that they charged me for extra day of rental. It is true that should be Class Action Lawsuit against this company.AVOID ZEZGO LIKE A PLAGUE!!!

In Orlando-Was charged $58 for a partial damage waiver I did not want. I provided my own insurance at time of rental. Make sure you sign slow and ask for a receipt at time of rental. i did not receive a receipt until after I arrived back to airport thru email and noticed the unauthorized charge. When I called to get a credit back, they said I had to send an email to someone else. They responded that they could not refund me after the car was returned.

Bait and Switch scammers. Price advertised is one third to one fourth what you will end up paying. I tried them in *************** location, the location is dirty, their cars are smelly and old, and the service is unfriendly.Stay away from them if you can.

Class Action Lawsuit is what needs to be be delivered to these people. Flew in to **********, got to the location to pick up the prepaid car and was asked for my insurance policy. Literally the policy...I provided it to them and was slammed with a charge for ****** for insurance coverage that was already provided under my policy. Arguing was getting me nowhere and getting a car elsewhere wasn't an option on the holiday weekend so I said I would dispute the charge with *********** later after leaving. I provided the proof of the coverage to them via my insurance, disputed the charge and still got F****d... I want my money back. Straight up theft. I can't wait until you are STF down. You know what, I have a better idea. I will file a complaint with the state of Florid and the insurance commissioner. Have a blessed day.

The company model is to entice and attract customer with extremely low daily prices and then apply all number of additional charges - which is where they make their money - when the cutter is already away from the airport of arrival and there is only one option,: get ripped of, or go back to the airport. The business is deceitful. It's not bai and switch. it's bait and add-on, add-on, add-on.Uber is definitely more convenient and probably no more expensive.

      1. When you get to the airport, you have to call for a shuttle. The number provided takes you to an automated announcement of what location to wait at. It doesn't tell you that you have to connect to a real person to tell them that you want to be picked up 2. The shuttle driver had a reckless and aggressive driving style and loudly played rap music 3. We were told that we had to pay for insurance if we didn't have our insurance card handy, which luckily we did. We were still charged a "partial damage waiver"4. We were told to purchase the right to use a toll card that is attached to the windshield of the car or we would be charged $25 every time we passed a toll. That might be true, but you can also get a free toll card at the airport. With this company, you can't use another toll card, however 5. The car smelled bad, and the smell didn't clear out 6. The car made a loud reverberating sound when being driven between 35 and 55 mph. My husband checked it out, and the only problem he could see is that the tires were overinflated to 45 psi. He let out some air, and the sound was better (and bearable) but still there 7. The car was a 2022 or 2023 and had nearly ****** miles on it. I'm not sure what that means it has been through in its life, but there was a maintenance light on the whole time 8. TO THEIR CREDIT, we had the car for 24 hours and 22 minutes and they didn't charge us for having it for two days, which was nice of them
