Hi i was in town May 28th-June 3rd. I rented a car and the person helping me told me that i had the option to pay for the toll now or if i elected not to it would be $25 per DAY that i use. She rushed me through the signing and initialing steps and never allowed me to read the fine prints. Last week i look at my bank statement and notice $211 charge. I called in and was told that it is because i went to the tall 8 times which was completely different than what i was told. The representative told me that it was written in my contract. This feels very predatory not only because the representative gave me the wrong information but also because i was not allowed to read the contract fine prints. The company now claims that the toll is paid each time you go over vs EACH DAY which is what i was told. There are security footage at the desk that will confirm what im saying. This is theft and dishonesty on behalf of the company.

I am writing to formally dispute a $700 charge levied against me by Economy Rent A Car, operating in *****, ******* under the name CorpUSA Tours.Upon returning the rental vehicle on May 12, 2025, I was instructed by a company representative to leave the car parked in a crowded lot. At no point was the vehicle inspected in my presence, and I was informed that their computer system was down, preventing the issuance of a final invoice or any documentation acknowledging the condition of the vehicle at the time of return.Approximately three weeks later, I discovered a $700 charge on my account. This charge was never authorized, explained, or supported with any documentation. I have not received an invoice, photographs of the alleged damage, or any formal correspondence detailing the nature of the charge. All attempts to contact the local office were met with redirection to a corporate number, which leads only to a voicemail box that is consistently full and disconnects. This handling is not only unprofessional but raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the charge. I have since researched the company and found a disturbing pattern of similar complaints from other consumers, many of whom report nearly identical ************** is unacceptable for a company to impose charges without providing clear, documented justification. I respectfully demand a full and immediate refund of the $700 in question or, at minimum, a detailed itemization and photographic evidence of the alleged damage that justifies this charge. Until such documentation is provided, I will consider this charge unauthorized and will pursue all available remedies through my financial institution, relevant consumer protection agencies, and online review platforms. Please consider this letter an official request for resolution. Sincerely,***** ********

I am complaining about a $400 charge by CORPUSA TOUR (Zezgo Rent A Car *********************************) related to a car rental I returned on May 1, 2025. The company charged me the $400 I deposited and would not refund it even after returning the vehicle as agreed, claiming vehicle damage, but has refused to provide any supporting documentation including a repair invoice despite multiple requests.I filed a dispute through my credit card company (***********), and the company initially credited my account while they investigated. However, CORPUSA responded only with a statement that no cancellation occurred which has no relation to the reason for my dispute. I did not cancel my reservation. The issue is the unexplained damage charge.I submitted all the evidence I had to ************ including proof of my communication attempts with the merchant and a screenshot text with my auto insurance showing that they could not proceed without a repair invoice. However, *********** has now closed the case on June 16, 2025, stating that my documents were insufficient despite the merchant never proving that damage occurred or providing documentation.I believe this charge is unjustified and that CORPUSA TOUR is withholding documentation intentionally.

During the vehicle rental process, I was made to feel obligated to purchase the ******* service, without being given a clear option to decline it or a sufficiently transparent explanation of its terms. The way it was presented caused me concern, as I was not provided with alternatives or detailed information, which affected my ability to make an informed decision.I did use the service but by far it was not the cost they told me if i did not purchase it, and apart from that it wasn't mandatory to use in the car.

Economy ****************** out of ************* owned by CORPUSA TOUR LLC, ********************************** was fraudulent in excess and false charges. On February 1st, 2025 we rented a from Economy rental ********** *** rent a car, The original 15 day contract amount $1003.35 and included the full *************************************** was paid in full at the counter. After the car was return we were charged extra $1306.00 in damages. CORPUSA RENT A CAR ************* claimed interior damage- which is false. When we disputed they said they we did not purchase *** insurance on the original contract, which is false. We did show copy of signed *** contract but CORPUSA only wanted our personal auto insurance. This is also INSURANCE fraud. To summarize, FALSE charges in damages and FALSE contract - breech in their own contract and FALSE insurance fraud. This is clearly a scam and has been reported by others on the internet as well. Unfortunately we were a victim of this scam. THE PICTURES THEY SENT OF DAMAGES ARE NOT THE VEHICLE WE RENTED, PICTURES DO NOT HAVE TIME OR DATE STAMP ON THEM EITHER. THE PICTURES DO NOT HAVE DAMAGE DESCRIPTION AND NO ITEMIZATION WAS EVER RECEIVED AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS.

I was in my opinion fraudently charged an extra $250 for a rental after I returned it. Rented a car 3/8/25 thru 3/15/25. I drove from ***** to Marathon ***. Returned car on 3/15/25 with full tank of gas even though when I rented it had only about 3/4 tank. Also, I was told at the time of rental to either get a sun pass for tolls or I would be charged the tolls later with a 25% service fee. I was fine with being charged later because I did not know what tolls I would encounter. The tolls I noticed while driving should have totaled to only been $10-$20. One month after returning the vehicle, I was charged $250 and told this was for fuel charges and $25 for each toll. As I stated, gas tank was returned full. And if I had been told at the counter at time of rental that there would be a $25 fee for each toll, I would certainly have rented a sunpass. My recollection is that I only drove thru 1 or 2 toll gates in each direction with nominal fees. This business is corrupt. I would like to recoup my $250 less the nominal toll charges,

I rented a ******* Palisade (VIN: KM8R24GE9SU84159) from this company from 11/14/24-11/18/24. I promptly returned the car, undamaged and in the morning of 11/18/24. I was charged a late fee stating that I returned the car on 11/21/24. I have attempted to contact this companys customer care email and calling with no resolution. I was told upon returning the car that I did not need to do anything or receive any receipt of return. Therefore, I do not have any receipt of returning. I was told upon calling to report this issue to ask the company to email their customer care email and ask them to check their cameras in the parking lot for the morning of 11/18, to see that I returned the car in a timely manner. This would be the only proof I have, aside from my plane ticket, showing that I left *****, ** on this date in the morning. I was charged a late fee of my deposit of ******.

On December 18, 2024 I rented a car from company doing business as ********************** and or CORPUSATOUR. I paid for the rental car in full $198.12. On my arrival at the counter the said company kept trying to upcharge my requested paid for rental. I had insurance declaration and insurance card. I was being held hostage with my payment as I was told by counter agent that they do not operate as other rental companies, they add on an additional insurance policy seperate. I contested and wrote this in my signature. Said company charged me an additional $256.67 for what the agent said other companies include, but not them. This is the most deceptive business practice i have seen. I signed under protest because I had family waiting for me for hours. This should be illegal fraud or something criminal. Very bad business practice. I disputed but said company would not provide my contested signature only a copy of contract stating what agent had said - you did not fully pay for car. In the contract - there was a space for me to waive said charges of $256.67 and be liable. I agreed to this and still they would not let me sign. Anyone reading this with more power to fight than me - the said companies are using deceptive business practice and I hope KARMA gets them.****
