      On 8/24/2023 I received the attached Lien Notice of Vehicle with all the instructions and the amount due to release my vehicle. The notice stated I needed to pay $632.30 plus some fees and a storage fee of $33.90 per day. (Nissan-Sentra-Lien-Letter-Towing.pdf)As soon as I received the notice, I went to the address listed *********************************************************. When I arrived at that address, it was a house in a residential neighborhood. I knocked on the door and no one answered. I went back 3 additional times and on the last try on September 14th an old lady and her nurse opened the door and obviously, the business address was fake. The nurse said that I wasn't the 1st person dealing with the same issue. I then contacted "**********" (in the notice). No one answered so I left several messages. Finally, on Sept 14th they answered. I was asked to send an email requesting the information. I was then sent an email (attached document 3813F) with the total due to release my car $2,187.00 ************ is taking advantage of people by providing a fake address, fake name (********** on notice) and a phone number that no one answers or returns calls. ************ is stealing people's vehicles by providing misleading and wrong information on notices.My vehicle is being auctioned on September 25th. Right now there's nothing I can do because I don't have the $2,187.00. My vehicle was paid off!! Now I'm left *******! I have kids I need to drive to school! Please look into this business so others don't go through what happened to me.

      We do apologize for this inconvenience and want to clarify that we are a 3rd party involved. However we did look into this matter and did confirm your vehicle was left abandoned at a repair facility after your insurance company State farm  denied your claim therefor the repair facility is required to have it towed off their lot to begin the process of getting the vehicle JUNKED. Your vehicle is not road operable but if you wish to redeem your vehicle please call us at ************ and we will see how we can help accommodate your release.

      We got the notice of lien from Best Lien Services INC but it looks like total SCAM and FRAUD. We hired the transportation company Rose ******** LLC to pick up our 2020 ****** Sentra at Copart and deliver it to us. Vehicle hasn't been delivered and there was even no attempt to deliver it.Instead of delivery we got a notice of lien from Best Lien Services INC.According to Florida Statutes ****** Liens for recovering, towing, or storing vehicles and vessels. The notice must state:9. The address at which the vehicle or vessel is physically located.The address shown in the letter is a residential house and there is no towing trucks or storage of the vehicles. Our vehicle is also not there.4. The name of the person or entity that authorized the lienor to take possession of the vehicle or vessel.They put Copart ******* but it is not true. We have the confirmation in the letter from General Manager of Copart *******.They have the contract between ** and transportation company that clearly said that payment should be made only AFTER the delivery. They read it and told me that they don't care what said in the contract. They just put the lien because the transportation company asked them about it. And they don't care that it is against the contract and totally illegal

      Unfortunately, We are just agents that send out the lien letters according to what's given to ** by the transport company's. Attached is the bill of lading that was given to us and signed by the company/ person that authorized this transport which shows as Copart *******. What happens before the fact is really not in our control so its hard to prove who is telling the truths and who isn't however we are just here to get the matter resolved so that you can secure your unit and they can get paid for their services.

      I am rejecting this response because: there is a law regulating the process 713.78 ******* Statutes

      Being an Agent they are responsible for what they are putting into the notice. The notice should contain:

      9. The address at which the vehicle or vessel is physically located.

      The address of the Rose ******** LLC shown in the letter is *****************************************. It is a residential house and there is no towing trucks or storage of the vehicles. Our vehicle is also not there.

      4. The name of the person or entity that authorized the lienor to take possession of the vehicle or vessel.
      They put Copart ******* but it is not true. We have the confirmation in the letter from Copart *******. I have attached it.

      The signature in Bill of Lading for the Owner is fake signature. Trying to put Lien using false information is the Fraud and Best Lien Services participating in this Fraud. It is the same kind of business as *********** If tag agency will be registering the deals without verification of the Bill of Sale and other documents then anybody can register a vehicle in his name using fake documents.

      The procedure we follow here at Best Lien Services with every customer is to always call and verify the information, which we did. If the information verified is true or not we wouldn't know that unless its brought to our attention in which will result in the cancelation of the lien process because we do stay within the guidelines of the statue.

      I requested for my car to be picked up at the Manheim Auto Auction *******,***** to be delivered to *********. The pickup date 8/31/22 and was suppose to be delivered 9/3/22 but the driver did not respond and reach out on Labor Day 9/5/22 trying to deliver the vehicle. The original cost for delivery was $600. I have been trying to stay in contact asking for them to drop the car off at the nearest Manheim auction but they are refusing and asked for triple the payment and is no longer responding. Now this lean company will not give me any info.

      We did not deny his request for information. We just have to verify ownership ( as it requires un the ppp act ) before we can give information to anyone and he did not want to comply.
