    On November 7, 2024, I brought my vehicle to No Limit Auto Body Miami for repairs after an accident that was covered by my insurance. The insurance company issued approximately $43,000 to the body shop to cover all necessary repairs. As of today, it has been over 8 months, and my vehicle is still not repaired or returned to me.The business committed to completing the repairs and repeatedly gave me completion dates, all of which were missed without explanation. Ive made multiple phone calls and in-person visits trying to get answers or an estimated return date, but I continue to receive vague responses and broken promises. I was never told it would take this long, and I never agreed to any such delay.I am concerned this is being done intentionally possibly to increase storage fees or delay resolution. I have been left without reliable transportation for nearly a year, and this situation has severely impacted my life. Despite trying to work with them directly, they have not shown any serious effort to resolve the issue or return my car.I am filing this complaint because I need help getting accountability. I simply want my vehicle returned in the condition it was promised, or for proper steps to be taken if they cannot complete the work.

    In May 12, 2025, I took my vehicle to Nolimit Auto Body Ft Lauderdale (***************************************) for insurance-covered repairs on the front bumper, passenger-side fender, and rocker panel. When I picked up the car, it was immediately obvious that the paint on those parts did not match the rest of the vehicle. The shop admitted they did not blend the paint and claimed insurance wouldnt cover it. However, my insurance company confirmed that the shop never submitted a request or invoice for blending. This shows the shop misled me and deliberately skipped an essential part of the repair process.After I complained, the shop falsely stated that my 3-year-old car had 67 years of paint damage and said theyd request more money from insurance to repaint the whole vehicle which I believe is an attempt to profit from unnecessary work. Since the repair, the car also drives oddly and has developed a rumbling that wasnt there before, suggesting possible mechanical issues caused by their poor work. I am requesting a $1,300 refund or for the paint to be correctly redone with proper blending at no cost to me. I have receipts, photos, and insurance communication as proof.

    This shop quoted me a repair of 3 weeks to fix my car on October 1st. It has now been over 2 months and they refuse to answer my calls and wont return my car or give any detailed information regarding why they are holding it. I have reached out over 20 times with no answer and this is causing me a major financial burden of renting a car for several months. Progressive says they dont know what to do and the next step should be to contact you to file a formal complaint.

    They have tried to pocket my insurance policy check and never did what the insurance asked for. They are trying to scam my insurance by not paying back the insurance the check they deposited.

    On June 6, my car was destroyed in an accident. On June 11, **, who presented himself as the manager from No Limit Auto Body, came to my home unannounced. He claimed that his company had experience working with my insurance and could expedite the repair process, even offering to tow my car for free due to their close proximity. He assured me that my car would be fixed or totaled within week 1/2 and persuaded me to trust their services.Despite these assurances, my car was not repaired. Instead, it ended up being totaled. For over a month, my insurance company attempted to retrieve the vehicle but was repeatedly denied by No Limit Auto Body due to exorbitant charges. They demanded $5600 in storage fees, including various unreasonable charges. KJ even suggested splitting cash with me, which I declined, insisting that I only wanted my car fixed or dealt with promptly.After prolonged negotiations, they settled on July 21 for $4000. My car was held at their facility since June 11, solely because they were trying to extract more money. Throughout this period, I called them multiple times, but they never disclosed the real reason for the delay, falsely blaming my insurance for moving slowly. My insurance company informed me about their unethical practices and how they were trying to maximize their profit at every opportunity.This predatory behavior has severely impacted me. The amount No Limit Auto Body extorted from my insurance was deducted from the settlement for my totaled car, worsening an already difficult situation. Despite informing them that I am a veteran with limited means, their actions showed a complete lack of compassion and integrity, focusing solely on scamming customers.I urge the ********************** to investigate No Limit Auto Body for their unethical practices and take appropriate action to prevent others from suffering similar experiences. Their deceitful conduct and lack of transparency are unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

    I was solicited by two individuals from No Limit Auto Body immediately following an accident in which I was rear ended and not ticketed. After being brought to the body shop, I was assured that I was not being charged for any services or storage, and that we would have some answers regarding the vehicle by Friday. After nearly two weeks with no updates, and receiving the answering machine every time contact was attempted, I went to the shop in person, only to be told that the adjuster had came by and claimed the car to be totaled. I was denied any sort of paperwork or proof, and when I requested the keys to my vehicle, I was verbally harassed and told I owed $2860 for 9 days of storage. Obviously, this is baffling to me, so I request an itemized receipt to grasp a better understanding of what Im being charged for. I am told that I will see what I paid for on the receipt. A few days following this incident I go to collect some important belongings from the vehicle (after having been denied before), and when we arrive, my vehicles window was open, the contract I had signed with the body shop was missing, and it had been vandalized. I am seeking a replacement of my vehicle, with the same or one of equal value, with no charge to me or my insurance.

    On February 5 2023 i took my car to No limit Auto Body Miami to repair my car after an accident. They said that the repairs would take one month to finish after evaluating the damage. My insurance has paid in full all the money that they have requested for the repairs. It has been three months and I still don't have my car. I have to depend on my friends and family for transportation. I have been to the body shop on a weekly basis with no progress. They do no give updates on the car. every time i ask they give me a different answer, no paper trail, no proof of anything.

    This company towed my daughter's vehicle after and accident on I-75 and Royal Palm Exit (****** **) about 30 miles to their shop and charge the following:$365 towing Admin fee $275 Environmental clean up: $100 Sanitizing: $100 Wheel lift: $150 Battery Boost: $100 Yard fee: $175 Storage: 26 days @$125 = $3250 Nothing done to the car expect towing and storage $3868 to pick up our car today I find the value of their service to be outrageous.We have sms messages from them confirming they opened a claim with our insurance provider but they never did. Only wanting to delay the time at their facility and charge $125 per day.

    There were some repairs done to vehicle attached documents. As of March ************************************ regards to RIMS paid for by my insurance. We have called and sent text messages and are being ignored. We want the rims or what the insurance paid so we can get elsewhere.
