    Mr. **** F. ****** owner of the business, told me that he would charge me $2,000.00 for labor, because my car had to be straighten out and paint which that took some work, he informed me that he had a machine, to straighten the car in order to put the engine back in its place. He would only need to paint on one side the passenger side and front, there was no problem with the paint job. Mr. ****** advised it will take him two weeks to fix the car which was not the case he took two months and 6 days. On 3/13/25 is when I finally got my car back, It was a fight to get my car back. He didn't answer my calls, I arrived at his business he was hiding, that's when I told him on the phone I would call the Police to give me my car. Mr. ****** He had sent me a budget of all the spare parts and I gave him the cash for all the spare parts to be purchased and another part by *****. I gave him ****** for air bag and he bought me one that is the incorrect one for the model of my car. The same day I got possession of my car on 03/13/2025 in the afternoon thinking my car was fixed accordingly I gave him the last ****** dollars from the balance. I thought Mr. ****** was honest, he told me the airbag is only placed not Installed. I drove my car and made a very loud noise like something exploded, I told him what's going on, he said those are the supports that he has to change, that's mechanical, next day I took it to a mechanic and he told me the car was not stretched before assembling it they had to stretch it still as it was not done so as I was told. I returned three times in another vehicle to the business he wasn't there, now he doesn't answer my calls. I can't drive my car, this is irresponsible and did a terrible job for me, that to date I don't have transportation since I can't drive my car. I need him to refund me the $****** for the wrong airbag he purchased and I will return the airbag to him. Also, for him to make himself responsible for the wrong job he did. Fraud!
