      i was auto charged for a service renewal which i was never notified for. upon seeing the charge, i immediately emailed and requested a refund and cancellation of service.they waited until the day after my renewal to respond, and told me the the fees are non refundable. This is a poor way for a company to make money, my service technically wasn't renewed yet and the company waited until it did to let me know they wouldn't refund as that's not there policy. i completely understand if i was into my subscription a ways, but not on the day of renewal.this needs to be resolved by refunding my money

      I mistakenly purchased this service, thinking it was a free trial. I reached out to their support team multiple times, clearly explaining that it was an error and requesting a refund. Despite this, they refused to return my money. I even asked them to delete my account and issue a refund, but they still declined.When I called customer service, the representative didnt understand the issue, and there was no escalation process available.I strongly advise against using this serviceit feels like a scam. They take your money and offer no support or accountability.

      On March 27 2025 Furnished Finder charged my card for an account that isnt even in my name nor do I have access to!

      I signed up with company 1 year ago to rent my house. Last month I went into the app to delete my account but inadvertently did not hit submit. An auto renewal was triggered on 11/9 at 3 am. At 5 am I sent an email requesting a refund as I no longer would be using their service. I was told that there was an auto renewal in place that needed to be manually deactivated. Additionally their policy provides no refunds regardless. A reminder email if auto renewal was sent to my junk email file. This is a deceptive practice aimed at billing unsuspecting customers out of a subscription fee. I have not used this service once during the past year. I have been inundated with emails during the past year which went nowhere assist with renting my home. How can a company bill for a subscription I no longer want or will use as my home is no longer in the market to rent. Can you please try and get a refund for me? Thank you

      On October 15th 2024 I decided to list my Bedrooms for rent on Furnished Finder ( FF), and paid $139.00 (after a coupon applied) to post one listing. A second bedroom listing of the same property would cost $99. The website is as good source of scam ; for every action there is an additional charge. As a Landlord , FF sends alerts about new people who signs up on thei website. Know that it is free to Sign up as a Tenant, so many are there only browsing. This company basically makes money on a promise they do not deliver. They send junk email daily with the intent of create some type of activity, to mask how inefficient and useless and blind their service is . Once the property is listed, one cannot see any activity whatsoever, it is useless, there is no data provided to the paying subscribers. I have emailed FF three times in the past 13 days, they refuse to refund my money , and they ignore my demand to have my account deleted. I Would like to have BBB helping me get my refund back. FF said they have a no refund policy, but they provide false advertisement And no support, so they should provide me with my refund .

      In May/June I used Furnish finder to locate an apartment for my work in **********. Initially my landlord set up auto **** payments for the rent thru Furnish Finder. My landlord didn't like the charges for this service from Furnish Finder so we agreed to pay the rent by check moving forward. However, Furnish Finder has billed my **** card every month for $3000 rent (7-3, 8-3, 9-3, and most recently on 10-3-24). When this began I contacted Furnish Finder and was sent to Key Check and Stripe (I guess these entities collect the money fro Furnish Finder.) Both Key check and ****** have said there is no account set up to take my money. My landlord contacted them and verified that there was no account set up to charge my **** card. However, my **** card continues to be charged and Furnish Finder still denies any responsibility. I've disputed every charge with my **** card company. I've attached copies of my **** bill to show the billing amount and date and in the name of Furnish Finder.I want these charges to stop. I'm working in ********** temporarily and am away from my home in *********** **. I use my **** card for almost all expenses. I don't now what I'll do if my **** card is cancelled and I have to wait 4-7 business days for a new card to arrive.

      It appears this complaint has resolved itself.  Future Finders found 2 accounts that needed to be closed and I got a new credit card.

      I signed up for furnish finders in August of 2023. I received a few inquiries about my property but nothing close to what I had expected when listing a property on a service website. I abandoned my listing on furnish finders because it was not helpful and all of a sudden a year later I'm getting charged a renewal fee. The business furnish finders, is not refunding this new renewal charge and not the one from previous year. Their services did nothing for me and they are still charging me for this next year. Although I told them I do not want their services. They refuse to give me a refund or let them talk to their supervisor.

      I signed up for the service in August of 2023 for $100. Today I was charged $149 for an Auto-Renew. I was not given any notice of the service being renewed. I called them asking for a refund of the $149. As someone who never used the service, doesn't need it or want, and didn't receive notice of the renewal I don't think the charge is justified.It seems like a money grab, I only want money back for the new charge and have no interest in their service. This seems like an obvious money grab for a service they are not even going to provide. Not happy with this company shady policies. At a minimum they should at least notify their customers before renewing an annual subscription. I don't even think it's legal in the state of ******* not to do so.
