    I did a insurance claim thru them last year and after they receive the payment from citizen insurance in April is been hard to communicate whit then to forward my check and every time the answer is that i have to wit for the check to be endorsed . 4 month has pass and no one care about the damages i got on my property that i cant fix without The money the insurance all-ready pay, it seen to me that they r try to scam my and the insurance compay

    I need a fair resolution and payment. Please verify amount submitted to the insurance and final payment. I need to re do my kitchen and bathroom. I need a list with all charges and explanation. Please compare all charges and final payment to client.

    I used these people or so called company to handle my insurance claim which began in 2021 and here we are in 2025 still awaiting payment. I hired an attorney because the amount I was presented with was extremely low for the damages incurred in my home. My attorney mailed check in January 2025 to faster claims which only 10% belonged to the adjuster and I have yet to receive my check. Ive called the adjuster ****** and sent text messages regarding payment and I was told that she would reach out to her office to see whats going on and that I should receive a call. Of course that never happened so I called faster claims myself and spoke to several office **** which in fact extremely hard to communicate with due to language barrier. I was transferred to someone named and who supposedly states the check was at the office apparently just sitting there or cashed in there account mean while I havent received my portion. I have been calling them for the last couple weeks asking to speak to accounting and I keep getting the run around and being lied to stating check was mailed over a week ago. Once again I called and messaged the adjuster no answer and Ive called faster claims numerous times no answer. This company seems extremely sketchy and I dont understand how these type of companies are allowed to conduct business.

    A raz de la tormenta ***** , un equipo de Adjuster de FASTER CLAIM LLC vinieron a mi casa a realizar una revisin de daos , haciendo un reporte de daos de humedad y otro del techo.Yo decid solo hacer el del techo y ellos procedieron a subirse al techo y llenar su reporte.Inicio el proceso y el seguro liber su primer cheque Check Number ******* Oct 13, 2024 $5,243.93 Check Number ******* Dec 4, 2024 $16,000.00 Payee ******* ****** ********, PHH MORTGAGE SERVICES ISAOA, Faster Claim LLC Faster Claim LLC lo cashearon sin comunicarle * ******* ni PHH Mortgage y sin ellos sin firmarlo tal como se dijo desde un principio. El ltimo fue casheado en Diciembre 11 2024, comunicndole * ******* en sus llamadas hasta Enero que el cheque no haba sido ni siquiera recibido, y que podra demorar hasta 45 das para esto, dicho esto por ******** ******* (*************************************************************************************************) , mantenindola bajo mentiras hasta que el seguro Citizen envio pruebas * ******* de lo que realmente estuvo sucediendo.Llame en enero 7 2025 y me dicen que si lo haban recibido , que parece que se le haba traspapelado a lo que no le cre pues ellos lo haban casheado en Diciembre 11 2024, todo es una mentira y retraso.Exijo me entreguen mi dinero sin ms ******* ni engaos.

    We understand that, following the ***** *****, the FASTER CLAIM LLC team conducted a damage assessment on your property.  Unfortunately, a series of misunderstandings and communication lapses have led to your frustration, and for that, we are truly sorry.

    It is important to highlight that, according to Clause 9 of your Public Adjuster contract, the following is established:

    CHECK ENDORSEMENT AUTHORITY: "In the course of representing the client as a public adjuster and facilitating the efficient processing of claims, the client hereby grants the public adjuster the express authority to endorse on their behalf any and all settlement checks, drafts, or other payment instruments received from the insurance company or its agents in settlement of the clients claim. This endorsement authorization shall only apply to checks, drafts, or payment instruments made payable jointly to the client and the public adjuster or solely to the client in relation to the claim(s) for which the public adjuster has been contracted."

    This means that the authorization was granted to endorse the checks on your behalf, which was done to facilitate the settlement process.

    We want to address your concerns as follows:

    el ******* ********* con la mayor cantidad aun o la recibo, me explican que no sale de su cuenta y que no cae en la **** luego de una primera transaccion completada correctamente  la segunda que tiene el mayor monto para mi es muy extrano que sea la que tiene problemas.

    Yo no firme ningun papel que autorice a endorzar de mi parte el chque y ellos lo endorzaron, esta adjunton la foto y sin decirme nada, negandome haber recibido el cheque por parte del seguro. Muchas mehntiras, poca claridaed, abuso a sus clientes al actuar asi de manera tan turbia . exijo mi dinero ....

    We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you have experienced regarding your payment. We would like to clarify the situation regarding your payment order.

    Due to a bank processing error, the *** payment order was canceled. However, the funds corresponding to your claim were sent via check number 2078, which was sent by priority mail on Jan 17, 2025.

    The check was cashed on January 22, 2025, meaning that the total outstanding payment has been resolved.

    Additionally, we want to reiterate that we have maintained contact with you. Despite our attempts to communicate, we have not received a response to our emails sent on January 22 and 24, 2025.

    It is important to mention that the original contract signed by you was sent via email on September 4, 2024 (attached copy), where the conditions are established, including those related to the authorization for processing the check.

    We regret the inconveniences caused by misinformation and are here to address any other concerns you may have.

    I contacted ***************************, a representative of Faster Claim LLC, on March 23, 2023 with a request for assistance handling a property damage claim to home in *****, **. I contracted her to represent my interests as a public adjuster and agreed to the terms of the attached contracts.On April 20, 2023, a representative of Faster Claim inspected my property, and I have received no communications from ****** or anyone else at Faster Claim since. I have made close to 100 attempts to contact ******, but have only been able to speak to the customer service receptionist at her office. While I was initially concerned for her well-being, my calls eventually became repeated pleas for information or status updates. Unfortunately, both of the claims for which I contracted services have since been denied for lack of contact. I have also been informed by my insurance provider that, without an offical release of contract, I can not even attempt to pursue the claim(s) on my own, as any settlements would, by law, be paid to Faster Claim directly.I have made several calls requesting the aforementioned release, but have been repeatedly told that *************************** is the only person with the ability to provide one, and that my only recourse is to wait for her to contact me. Given the 90 day communication lapse and evasive behavior of Faster Claims' support reps, I have no reasonable expectation of that ever happening. I also suspect that the office is deliberately avoiding my calls, as I am immediately directed to voice mail unless calling from a new, unrecognized number.No other public adjusters have been willing to even discuss my claim, citing the same contract release requirement. At this time, I have no recourse beyond litigation to compel ****** to respond, an action that would very likely cost more than the thousands of dollars in repair costs it appears I will be forced to pay out-of-pocket due to Faster Claim / ******************************* inaction.
