Earlier today, I visited the Miami Chapter for legal aid. It is imposible to reach anyone via email or phone. While I am aware of the immense budget cuts which are challenging your efforts, there is much more that is not related to this. The paralegal saw us and her engagement was far less than cordial. The done was authoritarian, conveying distance and or engagement with the user. Little did she listen and was prone to interrupting. There was a plexiglass divide proving a substantial degree of separation, which appears to be a tool in her method of engagement. Never was she cordial and what prevailed was the ability to be the most difficult individual possible, before anyone could call her out on ******* experience tells us that there are those who methodically gravitate towards their positions in life for reasons that validate personal landings and inefficiencies. In most private businesses, there is a focus on earning the customers business. Naturally, here that is not necessary, as the service is not paid for by the a customer who is convinced to buy. There is a degree of separation which the individual has taken rhetorical leery to overlook:The service is not free. The church is spying for it with the focus on the bounty of brotherhood to raise those who sought out a better life. This indiviso does not reflect he mission, vision, or focus that the church has sought to build upon. The entire floor contained one assistant at the front, and another team member in the office. What is lost in retelling the events is that there is an imposed culture of the individual being there to TOLERATE the chain of events . The other team member serves to watch the disrespectful tone play out, while one is concerned to say anything that is defensive the observing coworker is there. Naturally, she has to take her colleagues side. Deflect, degrade, disrespect and the worst can only be expected. Say anything else and she dominates because the case can be closed/lost.

The specific resolution deficient presented is an incomplete analysis of the request. As with any other business, poor customer service comes with the duty to apply the covenants of good faith and affirknrhebmissionnofngoodncusotner service. Kindly amend my petition.
