      They finally delivered. During installation, installers hammered old windows and powered glass into toilet, which clogged plumbing. Window wouldn't open. Screens keep falling out. Nobody knows -who even works there. I keep paying, they keep sucking.

      Prestige doesn't answer any phone calls for repair.They use unqualified installers They don't want to replace the wood.

      Prestige Windows & Doors is amazing! They provide quality work and a quality product. I'm so happy with their work! My sales reps, Christina and Brian, were great. My Project manager Daniel, installers Pedro and Fernando, were efficient and professional! My Project started and finished on time! Everything passed inspection, as expected. I highly recommend Prestige. It was a pleasure working with them.

      Prestige Windows and Doors did the installation of our impact french doors, sidelights, and bathroom window of our ********************* *********. Prestige was excellent, from start to finish. The installers were extraordinarily careful to protect our hardwood floors while keeping dust to an absolute minimum by putting up screens. The finished installation was sealed to perfection. The new french doors are beautiful. Prestige also handled all the paperwork and permitting required by Florida's My Safe Florida ********************* could not be more pleased. *********************** and *********************

      ******** came out to give a quote and was very rude. I asked him for a quote, but he was more focused on how I was going to pay than giving me a quote. I asked him for a quote several times and he gave me a random quote of $40,000 without measuring my windows. So I asked him to leave my house and don't come back. I received a call inquiring about was I still interested in getting windows and I responded "yes". And he had the nerve to come back and got kicked out again.

      We do not give verbal estimates as you claim. The sales rep we sent out is one of the best we have and does not give any estimates without putting it in writing.  I hope this review is for the correct company because we do not do business this way.  If you look online we do not have any review of a customer claiming we gave a verbal estimate and our reps were rude. I have spoken with the rep and he claims this did not happen.

      Went into contract for a new roof and new front impact doors with half glass back in June 2023. Roof was supposed to be installed 10/2023. Dates came and went and had to make multiple calls as to what was going on. Got every excuse from out of town with person issue to supplier out of shingles. Roof torn off Nov 2023 and sat for over a month. New roof finally completed at end of Feb 2024. And they left rotting fascia boards. Multiple calls to fix have gone unswered. They also delivered wrong front entry doors. They are full glass. I asked for half glass and half door as in a solid door. Multiple calls to rectify that Theres no communication between the sales team and staff. As a result, they persistently have called trying to schedule install of wrong doors. And also, their delivery truck ran over and broke my neighbors sprinkler. Again they said they would fix. They never did. I paid out of pocket 125 for the broken pipe caused by them. Unfortunately it doesnt end there. They never left my permit snd invoice paperwork after the roof completion So Ive called and left emails for that. Nothing - no return calls / no emails back. Nothing. And I am still waiting for the paperwork they have to fill out for my roof ****** This company has been awful. I am extremely stressed and disheartened due to the lack of communication, broken promises and damage this company has done This was supposed to be an excellent company. I chose them for the mysafeflhomes grant ******* What has happened here?

      We replaced 40 linear feet of fascia as per the contract.  The door sold was chnaged for a more expensive option that the homeowner wanted.  The door was installed and the customer was satisfied in the end.

      We had a problem with one of our sliders being so hard to open our biceps were building up nicely. Two days ago **** and **** came to take care of the work order and REALLY took the time to fix it so that it was well balanced, plumb, flush(whatever the word is). They SPOKE ENGLISH! they were professional, polite, cleanliness, pleasant, friendly with the pups, considerate to close the gates so ******** didn't get out. Just an all around great experience, not only with the service, but also with the call to the company to request the service. They stood behind their product and took care of the problem. Now we have to regauge our pull on the door and use real weights. LOL

      I cannot recommend Prestige Windows & Doors (Prestige). On July 20, 2021, I entered into a contract with Prestige on the guidance of our general contractor (GC) to replace all windows and doors in my home with hurricane windows and doors. Prestige applied to the *********************** for the appropriate permit. Our project included the replacement of 4 glass block windows. In June 2022 the materials were delivered to our home for installation. During inspection, we were told that the hurricane windows for the 4 glass block windows violated the current building codes. Our contract with Prestige stated that no materials would be ordered until the permits were obtained. I reached out to the City to ask about the original approval and was advised that Prestige's original permit was rejected in September 2021. In June 2022, the City sent me the rejected and revised permit request indicating that the 4 glass block windows wouldn't be replaced. Prestige failed to communicate this information to us or our GC at any time.Prestige finished the installation of the approved windows and doors in June 2022. We immediately notified them that 13 items needed repair, 4 of which were significant. Nine items were repaired several months later. Service managers were sent to our home on two occasions to assess that severity of the 4 open issues and they agreed on what needed to be fixed. In May 2023, the Manager and installers were able to complete 3 significant repairs. The screens weren't installed since they had ordered the wrong ones, but the track that was originally installed was repaired. I requested a refund at that time and was denied. New screens were ordered and another attempt to install them today, August 8, 2023, failed because the track was still incorrect, and the wrong screens were ordered.We are now 2+ years post original order and we still don't have screens for our two sets of sliding glass doors. We've asked again for a refund. ********************

      After reading the customer's review, we would like to comment on some of the things she is talking about. 

      1. There is no where in our contract that states we get city approval before ordering the windows. The customer was advised about the rejections and said she would deal with the city on her own.

      2. We have gone back and forth to her project to fix any issues she has had. The manufacturer has made the screens wrong on 2 different occasions.  As per her request, we will credit her for the screens off her final bill.  

      I hope she is happy with the outcome of this and send *** send her the credit today.
