Thankyou for selecting Soflo Chefs LLC for your personal chef service. Ourgoal is to provide you with delicious food and an incredible experienceso you can enjoy your party with peace of mind.

This ClientServices Agreement is furnished to clients so that it is understood howour services operate and the expectations of the Client and Soflo ChefsLLC.

We spend a considerable amount of time and energy planning,researching, communicating, and executing food services. By using thiswebsite to book any service with Soflo Chefs LLC, you agree to our termsof service.

Booking Services:

PAYMENT TERMS
•50% deposit is required to book your event date and time.
•Final payment of the balance and headcount is due 7 calendar days before the event,
except for Weddings or December events, which require the entire balance 30 days prior.

•Gratuity will not be included in the total bill. We encourage our staff to earn it by giving outstanding service.

•SofloChefs LLC invoices a standard 18% service charge for all attendedevents. There are no additional labor or staffing fees. Our 18%all-inclusive service fee covers all staff costs, set up team,operations team, culinary team, all prep work, and back of the housecharges such as transporting equipment, pantry items, etc.


 1. Menus

Forus to best serve you, final menu selections must be made no less thanseven days before the event. In the case of last-minute bookings (fewerthan seven days in advance) the Client agrees to make their menuselections as soon as possible, and at the time of booking if withinthree days of the event. Menu changes within three days of the event mayresult in an additional $50 service charge, in addition to any extragroceries that need to be purchased. The client agrees to notify SofloChefs LLC of any food allergies or special dietary requests at the timeof menu selection.

2. Guest Count

Theclient understands that the final guest count may not be decreasedwithin two days of the event. Soflo Chefs LLC will do their very best toaccommodate guest count increased within three days of the event.Children ages 12 and under are half price.  Additional guests will becharged based on the actual rate and billed no later than three calendardays after the event. No adjustments will be made for guests accountedfor in the final headcount that does not attend.

3. Dinner Service Time

Eachevent has a scheduled dinner serving time, which can be changed up to24 hours before your event. Delays more than the 30 minute grace periodwill be charged at a rate of $45/hr per staff at the event.

4. Cancellations

Norefunds will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of theevent date and will be subject to the remaining service charge, plus thecost of any purchased groceries. For cancellations made between 14-30days of the event date, the service deposit is transferable toanother available event date; no refund will be given. Cancellationsmade outside of 30 days of the event date will receive a full refund. Ifyou have any questions about our services, please contact us beforebooking your purchase.

5. Beverages

SofloChefs LLC will not sell any alcoholic beverages. But we will be glad topour any drinks you've purchased for your dinner party. Beveragepouring service is limited to the sit-down dinner time unless otherwisecontracted. For wine service before the dinner, multiple wine coursepairings, or for full bar service, additional charges will apply.

6. Photography

SofloChefs LLC will photograph food and table settings at each event forbusiness and marketing purposes, and these photos will be the propertyof Soflo Chefs LLC. We will be happy to share any photos with you uponyour request.
