    On or around 3/10/25 , I purchased the slim patch product from neauralife. Started using immediately . About 30 days later started noticing a severe red patch under my stomach where product was placed. Then immediately following, started experiencing severe itching. Dont know if it was some kind of allergic reaction. Therefore I can no longer use the product. Just know that I seek total refund of approximately ***** for the 4 month supply. Ill happily send the 3 boxes of the unused product along with the empty one if necessary.

    Just wanted to add that I did try to contact the company by phone 3 times & left messages, and they never returned my calls. Thats why Im contacting you. Wanted to see if I can resolve on my own first.

    On February 16, 2025, I ordered only the neck massagers and when I was sent my receipt it included Neuralife Redlight Pro that I never ordered. I have emailed them back and forth and the last email they sent on February 19, 2025, they said they will give me a 25% return of my money. Multiple emails since February 19 and not replies. I have called multiple times at all times of the day and no one answers and asked to leave a message. No reply yet. I have a copy of the tracking number and it is still with them. They have taken $464.75 and I cant afford that due to being on **********. All Ive asked them is to give me my product or my money back.

    - 01/17/2025 - purchased neck device for $130.00 after seeing ad on phone - After checking email order confirmation information saw it was sent to the address of my attorney who I had sent cookies to for Christmas. It appears the cookie company input his address on PAY sight which I never used and somehow your company used it instead of my address!! Not seen on order but on confirmation order email. Tried to call immediately several times but no one answering phones (EVER) so I left a message and called several times. Also tried emailing to stop order that I had just placed but no reply even though home **** said 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
