I had stage 4 capsular contracture with my breast implants and had surgery with another doctor September 2022. The surgery results were not as I had hoped and so in January I paid $100 for a consultation with ***************. I was impressed that he had 4 board certifications and his nurse/sales staff *************************** gave me a quote and I paid $1000. I begged them in March that I saw another doctor who is well renowned who have me a much lower quote and if they could release me from the $18000 contract for the revision surgery . They lowered the surgery price to $10,000 which I was very grateful for . However since the pandemic my landlord has raised my rent from $2650 to $2900 to $3600. It has nothing to do with *************** and I am very grateful to him for offering the lower surgery cost which would even include Botox and bloodwork . However I cant do a surgery if I am homeless and on the streets. I told *************** by Instagram message this week the situation and that once I moved I would return. I told him I need the $1000 deposit because I need to rent a moving truck and their moving staff to leave the house I live in now. However he has not responded and I am afraid to contact his assistant *************************** because I fear she will not understand. I tried to explain earlier to her in March that I was not ready to do the surgery financially yet and had to explain myself myriad times which was embarrassing. This is unusual but as a humanitarian gesture I am sure the doctor would not miss $1000. I offered to pay a processing fee for them to return the $1000 to my mercury card but to no avail. Please can you get this money back because I paid for my consultation. If I cant do the surgery until after I move if I am able to find the money it should not be a big deal. My financial circumstances changed ! Thanks for mediating a resolution.
