On 06/29/23 my Van ****** at 6:26am and left at 3:44pm paid ***** for parking as per their website ***** is for 24 hours of parking. i received a collection notice stating that my van overstayed and is charging me ***** when we paid for 24 hours and clearly only stayed 9 hours. This continues to happen every time one of my Vans pays for parking at this lot. I have several others that only stayed over a few minutes and i'm being billed for *****. How can you charge an overstay fee for not overstaying and how can you charge ***** for over stay when you only overstayed a few minutes and you normally charge **** for 30 mins, his parking lot is a complete rip off and should be closed down

      Sir,

Sorry to heard that you experience that.  I am looking at your comment and we do not charge on websites that all and use our company as a legit parking lot.

It looks that someone scam you with parking for 24 hours. If you have proof of payment through our pay station machine, Please can you email it to me

********************  As soon I find the receipt I will contact Proffesional parking to cancel your ticket.

      Thank you

On 08/28/23 at 6:27 pm I placed a call to M&M Parking at ************. The call was regarding a needed receipt at my card was stolen and I needed documentation. Upon beginning the call the man (employee) on the phone was extremely rude. Some things mentioned were "you're an idiot" , "you were probably drunk and forgot where you even parked", "go f*** yourself". This person was not only unhelpful and disrespectful but antagonizing as well. The call ended by him hanging up the line at 6:30 pm, upon being called back he responded with "someone that can help you will call you f*** you". This person needs to be fired and it is a shame how disrespectful he was to a lady. Shows the man his mother raised. I am filling this complaint along with a police report. I have recordings of the conversation and there will be consequences. I wish no further action as I do not want to deal with M&M parking ever again.

I used the parking lot in South Beach on 8/22/2023 and paid $10 for one hour. I returned to the vehicle "OnTime" to find a tow truck placing the tow bar under my car. I stated that I was on time but by the time he placed the tow bar under my car and opened the window to address me it was 1-2min past the one hour. He said that its past the time and if I want to have him release the car I would have to pay him $180 in cash. He then got on the phone with M&M management for about 5 minutes or so and they said that they would not release my car. My friend proceeded to call the police but I told her that I would pay the money and deal with this later. The tow truck driver directed me to a BOFA ATM about 8-minute walk and a 10-minutes wait in line and I pulled $200. When I paid the tow truck driver he said I would receive a text msg as a receipt. I proceeded to leave the parking lot where there were 2 other cars parked and the tow truck driver was simply waiting to do the same scam he did on me. I did not receive any text and M&M is in on this scam. I want my $180 returned. If I need to provide more evidence I will as my friend took more pics of the situation.

On January 29, 2023 I parked at a parking lot located at ****************** in Miami, *******. There was a sign at front offering event parking (this lot is close to the ***** ************************ I paid the individual who directed me to a parking spot and gave him the $30 listed on the sign. There were a number of men who looked official, doing the same thing in the lot. I subsequently received a notice in the mail that I did not pay for parking, which now has gone to collections. Is this a scam? I noted that the lot was full and we all paid the individuals ******* the lot.

Good morning, i am sorry to hear of your issue, that's correct, the parking fee for the events is $30 and the employees at the lot are employees for our company, whoever we don't have that kind of system in that location, we dont issue tickets there at that lot,  so the notice for lack of payment did not come from **, you did what you were suppose to do, please contact the phone number on the ticket you received and please make sure the ticket has the same address of our lot ************************* you

On 3/12/2023, I used a third-party application, SpotHero, to book a parking space at **************, Miami Beach, ** for the time period 3/12/2023 2:00 PM to 3/13/2023 1:30 PM. At 5:37 PM on 3/12/2023, my vehicle was impounded by a towing company, Tremont Towing, authorized by M&M Parking to patrol their lot. When I contacted M&M Parking by telephone, the agent instructed me to visit Tremont Towing and present my proof of parking. The M&M Parking agent stated that ************** would release the car if my parking was valid. They did not release my car; I was forced to pay a fee of $297.80.I have since opened a case with SpotHero; however, the "respondeat superior" in this case is M&M Parking, as they have authorized both Tremont Towing and SpotHero to conduct business at their lot. Attached are the parking reservation from SpotHero and the Impound Invoice from Tremont Towing.

Good morning, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause the customer on this day. M&M ********************, LLC offers parking options, with more than 100 parking lots and garages in Miami,  Miami Beach and ***************.

Tremont towing offer ** their service when cars are parked delinquently in our properties and spot Hero offers their service online.

This seems to be a Spot Hero mistake, not M&M Parking, LLC, not Tremont towing, both this companies were just doing their jobs, Spot Hero on the other hand failed to make the transaction the customer had with them directly efficient.

If the customer paid via the app Spot Hero directly then they should be responsible for the experience the customer had and the towing fees, we cannot do their jobs, we just offer the parking location. If you paid them directly like in this case, they should respond, we have no access to their records or transactions, that's what we paid them for. If you paid Spot Hero and your car is towed because it doesn't show proof of payment in the system, then Spot Hero should respond to you. You paid Spot Hero, not M&M Parking, LLC not Tremont Towing.

      **************************.

I parked my vehicle in a an authorized parking lot on 22nd terrace in Wynwood, FL around 8:00PM. I paid $10 with my credit card at the electronic parking attendant (billed as M&M Parking) and placed the ticket inside of my vehicle. The vehicle clearly states that the parking ticket expired at 3:30AM. Molina towing **** NW 7th Ave Miami, FL XXXXX towed my car unlawfully. I still have proof that I paid for parking and this company allows cars to be towed illegally.

Some coworkers and myself gave this company authorization for a monthly parking fee to utilize their lots during the week. The company lost all of our credit card information and failed to let us know they did so (7 people). On top of that, they failed to charge us but tried to blame their mistake on us. After agreeing to pay for the parking months they didn't charge us, they refused to remove any parking tickets from parking in the lot despite still charging us for parking. We are being charged but not given parking benefits that we have a contract for. To make matters worse Megali, who is one of the most unprofessional people i've ever had the displeasure in conversing with, tried to tell us that we lied and made up the entire situation. This company is not only careless with your private information, but they will try to take full advantage of the people paying to park there. On top of that Megali needs a lesson in class screaming on the phone at customers the way she does.

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/10/05) */ Hi *******, I am glad that posted your concerd with the company and we are here to help you. All of this situation could be avoid if you follow direction. The way our operation works is that we replace the parking passes at the beginning of each month, each first of the month we have a new and different parking pass, you failed to request a new pass at the beginning of each month and continue to use an expired one. We do not charge credit cards on file without the proper authorization of the customer, and even less if we did not deliver the new current passes to them. It is your responsibility as a customer to request from us a new parking pass for the current month in question each time . After the pass is delivered to you the cc can be charged not before to avoid confusion and charge back. If you have been parking in any of our lots with an expired parking pass that does not belong to the month in question we have a system to protect us from possible fraud. Our customer service principal concern is the quality in the service we deliver daily to our customers with the most respect possible but this is a two way street, the same way we expect honesty from our customers in replacing the passes when expired we deliver good service and information about how the operation works. If we did not charge your credit card on file it's simply because you failed to request a new pass to replace the expired one and continue to park for free. for months. The tickets you were issued are a consequence of your continued use of an expired pass. I hope this clarified this situation. All the Best
