I placed an order on Nutriessential.com for 3 bottles of supplements on February 2, 2023. The receipt and charge to my credit card on February 2, 2023 was $179.93. I contacted the company by email on February 23rd to asked about my order status, as it had not been updated. The reply from Nutriessential.com was:"We have requested your shipping information from the international shipping department as it has been dispatched from the manufacturer to the vendor and will be proceeded to your address.Please bear with the process, it will be delivered to you shortly.And tracking information will be shared with you asap."When I had not received any tracking information by March 3, 2023 I asked, in writing for my order to be cancelled and a full refund be issued. This is outlined as my option in their shipping policy, ****************************************************** still had not received a tracking number by March 9th, and I informed them that if I did not have shipping confirmation or a refund by March 15 that I would start a dispute with my credit card company and file a complaint with the BBB. They suddenly had a tracking number for me the next day. Unfortunately, the package was never delivered to me. Nutriessential support first claimed that the bottles had been opened by customs but when I pointed out that the tracking information showed the package as delivered Nutriessential support claimed the package had been lost. I contacted the postal service and they confirmed that the tracking number Nutriessential support gave was never addressed to me. I believe they supplied a tracking number for someone else's delivery and claimed it was mine.All told, they have had my money for over 5 weeks, ignored 2 requests to cancel my order and issue a refund and wasted a good deal of my time.For three bottles of vitamins.Reading through the dozens of complaints on the BBB, I see I am not alone.I have attached receipts, emails and postal service chat history.Business Response

I ordered some supplements from nutriessential.com in the amount of $87.14 order number *****. I received an email saying it was confirmed but I have not received the supplements and when I look up the order status on the shop app it remains order received but hasnt progressed passed that for a month. I emailed them about it and they have not emailed me or contacted me back in any way. I sent an email requesting my money back. I made an online purchase of one of their products. I paid with my credit card. I discovered this product was an illegal substance that would not allow my order to be delivered. In ******, DHEA is illegal and cannot be allowed through customs. I did not know this at the time I ordered but immediately upon finding this out I contacted the company to please REFUND my credit card. They sent the product anyways and it was confiscated by ****** customs. I found this out via an email with the company when inquiring again about getting my refund. The company responded with an email stating they would sent the product with another name on it so it would be delivered to me. That is NOT ACCEPTABLE! This is a banned and illegal product in my country. I do not want the product. Trying to skirt around these safety measures should have consequences for this company. They did not provide tracking numbers without sending them more money. They offered a fake *** postal service tracking number that was NOT useful. I am extremely upset that this company is still refusing to refund my money and still trying to import an illegal substance into my country. I know this will reflect very poorly on me with ****** customs but I cannot stop them from sending this illegal product with a fake name on the package. I have sent many emails to ask for my credit card to be refunded and I get back is the run around on them being sorry I'm not happy. I am NOT happy! In your case, we have notified you since ****** might ban an ingredient coming from US which we do not fully know on keeping up with every country policies since it is changing on a constant bases. I ordered a product from Nutriessential on December 26, 2022 and received a confirmation that the order was received and that I'd be notified when it ships. I waited several weeks for the product to arrive and it never did. On January 19, 2023, I attempted to call the company to inquire and received an answering machine message. I decided to write to the company and requested a refund on my order Order #***** and they responded back the next day saying that the product had been back ordered and would ship directly from the manufacturer or that I could order a replacement product. The company never had on their website at the time that it was out of stock (I believe it's on there now) and that it would be a back-ordered item. The replacement item they suggested was not comparable to what I had ordered, and again requested a refund. I also called the company and left a message with my order#, name and phone number as well. I received an email on January 21, 2023 that stated "We have not forgotten about your order and have reserved your products with the manufacturer so when it becomes available, they will be drop-ship directly from them or their main distributor with expedited shipping.If you wish not to wait for the back-order product then the following are being suggested as the replacement from atop leading brand of the *** that carries only GMP-certified supplements:". This time the products suggested weren't even in the same class as what I had originally ordered. This time, I demanded a refund. This back and forth has gone on too long and when a customer asks for a refund, issue them a refund. Post on your site when an item is a backordered/out-of-stock item, most importantly, reach out to them sooner rather than later that the item is not in stock. You are a healthcare products company, and people who order from your website *** have emergent needs. We did send you an option for 2 oz instead since 1oz became in backorder from same company and as well provide the second option which is to credit your credit card immediately if you wish not to wait for the 1 oz. Please understand we drop ship products directly from manufacturer which is usually a great advantage to the customer since they are assured that the product is not imitation of the real one as well as receiving the latest batches with expedite shipping which we get charge from manufacture higher then what we charge our customers especially since they send it expedite usually within 2 days unlike most of our competitors where they just send standard shipping which affect the freshness of the supplements. The only disadvantage when we drop ship is the fact that we at the mercy of what the manufacturer update us on the availability of the product so sometimes we are not aware until the next day if product became in back order which we do post the information in our shipping policy. Though rest assure your order has already been credited and should be back as a full refund in your credit card asap.

A couple of weeks passed and no shipping confirmation so I contacted them via email to cancel the order and refund the money they withdrew from my credit card. They replied with an apology and would look into it. Never heard from them, so emailed again, then they said it was backordered. I stated I wanted to cancel it once again. They said they'd look into it. After several emails and excuses, I finally received an email stating they canceled the order and were refunding only half the amount $100.80 USD. Dear receiver,I am hoping you might be able to help with the following. I made an online ordered for some Heartburn TX from Nutriessential 02/09/22 (2nd September) (Invoice code c29465155862602.1 for the amount of $226.49 USD). Prior to this order it was showing as being in stock at the time but just to be sure I contacted them to confirm this was the case (see Email Chain 1 First email). There response (see Email Chain 1 First email response) clearly stated they had stock on hand and therefore I proceeded with an order (see Order Confirmation). Without further promoting they sent another email on 05/09/22 (5th September) stating they had stock, This was a couple days after I actually placed my order (see Email Chain 1 Additional email received a couple days later). On the 09/13/22 (9th September) I sent a follow up email to see where the order was at (see Email Chain 2 follow up). Their response (see Email Chain 2 follow up response) was that there was no stock and the product was on back order. This clearly indicated to to me that they had mislead me from the start and then I requested a refund a couple days ago (I know I waited a couple months but I thought maybe they would have sent something by now). In their responses after requesting the refund, the refund part gets completely ignored and they suggest ordering a different product which I clearly do not want (see Email Chain 2).All I want now is a full refund because they clearly lied to me in the first place to get business. I reject that this matter has been resolved until an actual refund has been issued.
I appreciate the fact that I was given a call to discuss this matter (even though the call was very one sided) and hope the company will do the right thing. Right now there have only been words but nothing to really back that up.
Even though I appreciated the call I still cannot take everything that was said at face value as no really hard evidence was provided. Still doesn't sit well with me that it wasn't fully akgnowledge that I continued with my purchase based on information provided by them (For this reason alone I see no reason as to why no refund has been given).
It's also not correct the lengths I have had to go through to even get to this point. If the company wants to do the right thing they should just issue a refund and not point out how many happy customers they have (as this is a seperate case and should be dealt with as such).

Please check the link again and click on details which indicate that the order was shipped and received in ********* from ** so please check with your local post office if you still have not received to see if they have attempted to ship to you and if they still have it in their office. We will check from our end as well to see if the products have been returned to us but from last week when we checked nothing it did not show that it was returned.

I am rejecting this response because:This will keep going in circles as the business is not being transparent. I was discussing refunds with the apperant director. Was promised proper communication and still waiting on proof the shipping information was destined for my address. Nothing that was promised has been followed through. Seems strange after discussing a refund they say they shipped the item again (doubt the tracking number is for me as it would have been way simpler to give the refund as discussed. Also no actually proof it was destined for me (name and address). You would think if they are legit they would be able to provide the proof) this company is a joke. Also continually checking with the actual producer of the product. This hasn't been in stock for more than a year. This company has magic powers and can apperantly just create this product out of thin air. Man I wish I had that power.

ORDER #***** I ordered some multivitamins from Nutriessential on October 28, 2022. I requested a refund on November 18, 2022 because my item had not arrived. On November 21st, the company emailed that they would get back to me ASAP. After not hearing back from the company, I sent another email on December 7 again requesting a refund for a product I was charged for, but did not receive. On December 9, the company emailed that my order was on backorder and would be sent as soon as available and recommended substitutions. Again, I stated that I just want my money returned. My money has still not been returned and I have not received the product that I ordered.Business Response
