I have been having persistent issues accessing all the content of my in app purchase of "Bitizen" in the game "BitLife," which was made under the email ********************** on the ****** Play platform in 2019. The initial purchase included all future job packs and expansion packs at no additional cost.Upon transitioning to a new Android device and signing in to the ****** Play Store with the same email, I encountered difficulties in restoring my previously purchased content. After contacting support and providing the necessary receipts, I was initially provided with a code that unlocked all content. However, the issue resurfaced with subsequent updates, particularly with the recent "Culte expansion pack," prompting a request to purchase content which should have been included in my original "Bitizen" purchase.Despite multiple attempts to communicate this issue to Bitlife support team, the responses received have been unhelpful. While I was instructed to utilize the "restore purchases" option, this method has proven ineffective in resolving the issue. Regrettably, subsequent attempts to seek assistance have been met with silence, leaving this problem unresolved.This persistent issue has significantly impacted my overall gaming experience and has caused me considerable inconvenience. I would like your help coming to resolution to this. And hopefully restore my in-app purchases to be line with the initial purchase agreement.
