    01/28/2025 Hello, My name is ******* ******* I wish to file, a complaint against Sky Devices LLC,....On January 26th 2025 I emailed there customer service line email at: ***************************** from my email: ******************************* requesting help with the cell phone account I have with them requesting the following: 01/26/2025 Hello, My name is ******* ******* I signed up for a Cell-phone service threw Skyline Devices in ******** for a Government issued cell phone not entirely shure when I first signed up,.... Anyways I would like to ****** services to my Account so that I am able to call out again use texts and Wifi but Im not shure how?..... The Skyline cell phone number for this device and account is: ************ Iv recently tried charging the cell phone 4-5 times with 5 different chargers but the cell phone wont turn on I took the phone apart in a photo I will be providing where the Gold part/ string on the battery Looks Red??? So I am wondering if its not turning o dew to possible water Damage?......Anyways I am needing help to correct all of this, in what am I supposed to do?...     09/10/2024 Hello, my name is ******* ******* checking in on things I am needing help from,... ******* cellphone company in regards to my Government-Issued Cell Phone device I signed up for in the state of ********,... the Cell phone number for this device is: ************,... So my cell phone device does allow me to call out and make phone calls as well as people being able to call in,... But there has been times where my internet has been disconnected and wont allow me to log into the internet or use my cell-phone's mobile hotspot,... I was told when I signed up for services with this cell phone company I was going to have unlimited internet services,.. And at times when I try to log on online with the cell phone device it tells me that Interned Disconnected or can't connect to the internet with a Cloud Symbol next to the error message?...,.. So I wanted to talk to customer service threw this company to see what's included in my plan and how to get things fixed,....Thank you all for your time and help,.....******* ******* Cell: ************

    I a sky PAD10 *** and it got very hot and it was in my leg and it fell and broke I try to get them in the phone and no answer and then they had someone in the chat that I needed to pay for a credit report and really I don't think they should change you any thing at all

    I purchased a Model Elite R55 phone in December of 2022. The phone is no longer working. Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. There is no customer support phone number on the website, and filling out a request for help has not resulted in any contact. I need to have the phone replaced as soon as possible. My wife has medical issues and I need to be immediately available for her.

    REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO PURCHASE AND GET BATTERIES FOR THE 9 SKYDEVICE PHONES I PURCHASED ON **** HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER SINCE THEY SOLD ME 6 PHONES WITH NO BATTERIES AT ALL IN THEM . MY BANK HAS BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL TO HAVE THE **** MERCHANT FORWARD THEM. SO I TURNED TO THE SKYDEVICES WEBSITE TO ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE THEM INFORMING THEM SEVERAL TIMES OF THE DILEMNA BUT THEY SEEM TO BE IGNORING ME TOO AND GIVE ME NO RESPONSE WHATSO EVER . NOW THAT THE 3 BATTERIES I HAD FROM PREVIOUS PURCHASES HAVE ALL GONE BAD, SO I AM STUCK WITH 9 NON WORKING PHONES!!!!! THE MODELS ARE THE "ELITE B5" AND "PLATINUM B5" PHONES.
