    ***** ****, interventionist, of Substance Intervention in ***********, *******, agreed to meet with my son in ******* to perform an intervention for drug abuse. We signed a contract on May 28,2p 924 that stated he had 2 weeks to council my son and convince him to go to a treatment facility. ***** **** would ****** him there personally. The contract stated he had 2 weeks to make it happen. If ***** **** was unsuccessful, the full cost would be refunded. My son did not agree to go to treatment. I requested my payment be refunded. That was in September of 2024. ***** **** has refunded me $750.00 leaving a balance of $4050.00 he owes me. I have had no payment since early February 2025. ***** can give me no answer about when my money will be refunded in full. This is a breach of contract and he has totally taken advantage of me. Please help me.

    I bought the domain, ************************** from ***** **** back in 2018. Mr. **** has not been associated with the domain, ************************** since 2018. Therefore, please do not conflate the domain name, ************************** with Substance Intervention LLC. Substance Intervention LLC is owned by ******* wife, ********* ****. Substance Intervention LLC does not own nor is associated with **************************. Please go after Substance Intervention LLC, not **************************. We are not the same! Thank you.

    We agreed to make payments on the balance as the company is dissolved and no longer in business, we have made payments and will continue to.

    I have spoke with Mr. **** several times regarding payment arrangements.  I have agreed to several different plans that he has offered.  The problem is, he does not follow through with the agreed arrangement.  I received a $500.00 payment on Dec. 5, 2024, $100.00 payment on Jan. 21 and $150.00 payment on Feb. 3.  Totalling $750.00 with a $4050.00 balance.  I agreed on  a payment of $100.00 bi-monthly on the 1st and 15th beginning June 1, 2025.  I have not received any payment.  I was not aware that the company was no longer active when I signed the contract in May of 2024.
