    During the initial diagnostic visit, technician spent entire time gathering content for *******, then claimed to know exactly the fix and all parts needed to make the fix, was told to pay diagnostic fee in order to get a part list by the end of the day. Had to fish for the parts list the following day which parts were left out I mentioned my concerns, and was swept under the rug saying that additional diagnostic would be needed. Parts took two weeks and a day to get in, made another appointment, they were 45 minutes late to the appointment, jumped out of the truck without a word and turned off the power. Explain the exact same thing about the ** that he did during diagnostic visit, and LP part was improperly put on, and will need to be replaced again sooner rather than later because of this so-called fix. Was sent a bill for $500 and was told that I would need more parts and more labor that would come to over $1200. I mentioned that I had already knew from the diagnostic that these parts would be needed and something needed to be done to make this right. After fighting with them on a new quote, I had to reach out to a different technician company that confirmed nothing was actually done properly and fix that would be attempted on ** unit would cause a fire. This business does not care about their customers or their safety just how to get money from them.

    Mobile RV Techs takes all concerns seriously and is committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. We have investigated this matter and thank you for the opportunity to address it. Mobile RV Techs have a strict policy that no ******* marketing can be done while the clock is running during repairs and diagnostics, we track this through our jobber time tracking system and compare to scheduled times at our customers location. Marketing videos may be done before or after the clock is running. Also, I have text messages with you and our service writer regarding why there were two diagnostic appointments. He explained to you that there was an AC communication error during the first diagnosis that interrupted properly diagnosing further, which involved you needing a working control board and main ******** cord to do so. You then thanked him, gladly paid the first invoice and then asked for a quote for the parts after the second diag. When the second diagnosis was performed after the parts came in and the invoice was sent you never approved the invoice, which sadly led to you never getting on our schedule to complete your RV AC repairs. To address your fire hazard concerns, replacing a control board and main ******** cord would not cause a fire issue, even if improperly wired. if that were the case it would only trip the breaker and GFCI. You also received your ****** regulator and power surge guard for your LP issue. These were also correctly installed, as it is our policy to have our techs take photos after every *************** far as waiting two weeks for parts happens from time to time with back-order parts, most of our parts are available next day but a small percentage may be a back order and there is no way around this. Also let it be known, we have a one-hour arrival window on scheduled ***************** I mentioned before, Mobile RV Techs take all concerns seriously and is committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
