Hello to whom it may concern. My name is ***********, my wife and I are both resident of the State of Georgia and I am an disabled citizen. I live a normal life as much as I can as a left leg below the knee amputation. In 2020 my wife and I got married and in 2021 moved into an apartment complex in McDonough Georgia, 100 South Luxury Apartments, and lived there for one year ending in April of this year. We paid our rent on time, did everything the apartment asked for plus some, and overall was great tenants. This month we got a check from what was paid as a deposit minus damages and other service charges. We paid a deposit of $1400 and we are only receiving $154. The apartment complex is charging my wife and I $1290 and later followed up and received on $200 due to a false charge against us. I would like to have someone to look into this for my wife and I because my wife is so upset and cried when she saw the check because we was needing to pay bills with the money we was suppose to get back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
