    I have been dealing with this company to finish my pool for over two years. He ignores my request to get the county permit close due to the fact that the pool will not pass inspections. Pool decks are not leveled in accordance with state requirements and new pavers are already sinking and cracking after a few months. There is voided and hallow areas all over the pool deck and he has been telling me that they will come out and fix them. The owner *********************** has been extremely unprofessional in every way possible and has given me and my wife every excuse possible. We have had issues such as working running excavators into the side of my home, trash left behind, broken fences, electrical components not sealed, and many more issues to list to include marijuana cigarettes' left on my sons window sill. The pool lights shorted out due to improper installation and sealing, he never came out to fix them. I replaced the component myself after a few months. Yes, some of this issues where fixed through out the months but it took a lot of delegating with him.

    I signed a contract with Todd H******, the owner, on August 12, 2022 (see copy attached in 2 pages), for an inground heated saltwater pool and enclosure which stated on the construction schedule that it would be completed "20-28 weeks after the permit issued". At the time of the contract signing, he told me it would be completed in 4 to 6 months. The hole for the pool was dug on October 14, 2022. The gunite was shot 2 months later. We received a mechanics lien from ******** ***** ****** dated January 5, 2023, which shocked me. However, it is over 13 months since I signed the contract and almost a year since the hole was dug and the pool is nowhere near completion. He's had poor communication with me throughout this project. Even when I contacted him and he gave me a date when a subcontractor would be coming, they would never show up on that day and perhaps come a month later with no explanation from him. After the completion dates on the contract passed and I contacted him, he texted me that the pool would now be completed by June 2023. When it wasn't and there was no communication from him, my wife sent him an email on August 14, 2023, asking why the lies and poor communication, and he replied 2 days later that he was having labor issues and he would be better about communicating. He was not. On August 21, 2023, I sent him another text. He responded that he would have everything done by the end of September. That did not happen. On September 30, he texted me and said he would be laying out the enclosure the following day and would be installing the enclosure the week of October 1 to 7th. That did not happen. He only measured where the enclosure was going on October 3. On September 30th, he also texted me that he would have the entire project completed by October 17 and there is no way that is possible since nothing has been done since the deck was painted in August (see a current photo of the pool).

    Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Use pool to jog in to help with lymph system.

    Signed contract in January 2022 told would be in pool by memorial day. Have continually had to keep harassing to get them to show up. They put in smaller unit than quoted. When called out on it then separated pool and spa unit. Spa still not working properly. He selected pool and spa for us and has odd layout for elderly with health issues. Brother showed up at house to train us and was in my face yelling and bullied us regarding final payment. Threatening to leave our house and go immediately and place lien on our house. Mind you not all things were completed as was supposed to be. Of course since payment they are again not showing up as promised.

    We have had permit issues. Our original contract had privacy fence but due to pool to close to property edge couldn't put fence there. Did put somewhere else but only after fighting for it.

    Honestly have lost a year of physical therapy done in the pool. I can't get back. I just want what I paid for a pool and spa that works.

    Everything is always "tomorrow " but tomorrow never comes.

    Still waiting on blower for spa, [not on contract but jets hardly have any force] and light in the therapy spa [safety issue] They set up automatic timers and they are not running as times set and not returned to help figure out why.

    No communication. Owner Todd. As well as James state it takes 12 weeks for pool and enclosure to be finished. I can not get a straight answer from either of them. I ordered a pool dark pool. And got a different color. I ordered a pool a certain size. I got a different size. Never an apology or acknowledgement. But was told to quit micromanaging them.

    Customer signed a contract in March of 2022, due to setback issues with the property the original size of the pool wasn't unable to work. The city would not allow that size pool, we went to the customer and they picked a different pool. Started construction on the pool mid July of 2022 and the fiberglass pool was delivered and set on July 29, 2022. Please the contract changed to a lower amount the customer went back to the lender and changed the loan amount and payment was this stage was received August 24th. The customer was told that the pool would be completed in 3 months and currently we are a month and a half in the project with the pool set, plumbing done and forms completed ready to pour the deck. After that the only things needed for completion is concrete deck and spray deck, equipment set and screen enclosure. The customer has been communicated with throughout the process but we can't give a day to day update of a project
