On August 24, 2022 I had lower lid surgery at the Bassin for Plastic surgery. My initial visit was on March 15, 2022 when I paid $540.00 deposit. As I was in the office the lady called in Dr Bassin to review what I wanted. I showed him with my finger. He said that he was able to do the surgery. Thereafter, I went for my pre op on May 16, 2022. where I paid $4,861.00. I had called about 3 times to cancel it went for the on 8/14/2022. When I left I was bruised I was worried. However, they said it would get better with two-three weeks. I went to all my appointments and one day I told him that I had bags under my eyes. He said to give it three months it would subside. Well it has not and now I have Fastooms & had Camosis. When I asked him he said he maybe would have to nip the corner or fix it. He also said it was at no cost to me. On my last visit Oct 30, 2022. He said he couldn't do anything and that he could do a fat transfer and I had to pay 2,500.00. He said I had the fastooms already. So he knew it then why didn't he correct it instead of leaving me looking horrible. That why I wanted the surgery. Dr Bassin & his nurse assured me that they would not let me look horrible with the fastoons. Instead he blew me off and didn't take responsibility. I look worse now than ever. He needs to fix the fastoons at no cost to me. or refund me some of the 5,401.00 I paid. Now I wear glasses to cover it, I enclosed pic before & after. One eye ball is higher, I have fastoons. I look horrible.
