    horrible experience vey bad customer service do not shop there if want to be treated badly the owner was very rude and unprofessional i bought a ring there put it on layaway 08-10-24 went the same day to return the receipt says i had ********************************************************************************************************************** the world being treated that way ......

    *****, We are very sorry that you misunderstood the return policy. You were told that you can get you money back while your item was in layaway for up to 15 days. Once the item is fully paid off and the customer leaves the store with the item then the *************************** store credit comes into play. We have signs displayed in the store and on your receipt that gives you all the return information, You put your ring in layaway on Friday 8-10-24 and came in on Saturday 8-11-24 and paid it off. You then left the store. Later that day you can back in asking for a refund because your fiance felt she needed an upgrade. We offered to help you upgrade her ring with the amount you spent on your ring, but you declined. Again I am so sorry you misunderstood our return policy. I am glad to hear you are cancer free.
