    Hello BBB,

    We have enclosed our CRM programs time stamped records of communication along with a copy of the work order that was provided during the bidding process. This work order was also provided to the team who installed the gutters. The sales representative explained that the proposal was for K-style gutters around the perimeter of the home as indicated by the solid lines on the work order. 

    The structural gutter is indicated by the dotted lines and labeled Pool Cage. This section of gutter cannot be replaced as it is structural gutter that is secured between the screen cage and the roof. This type of gutter can only be replaced by a licensed screen enclosure company, therefore Gutters Unlimited would have never proposed or stated that we could replace this type of gutter. 

    As a resolution, we offered a proposal to clean out the structural gutter. We did not receive a response. There are records of communication between Gutters Unlimited on August 14th and email records of the clean out proposal being emailed on August 20th. We received payment for the gutter installation on August 22nd, however, the invoice was short. The footage on the invoice, represents the footage on the estimate and the footage that was installed. Attempts have been made since then to communicate with the customer. 

    Thank you for your consideration and time in reviewing this response. Gutters Unlimited would never deliberately misrepresent a proposal and we feel that the work cited to be performed was misunderstood. We regret that the customer is unhappy and wish that the relationship had been different. We wish him all the best in the future.
