      Someone applied for a car loan and put my phone number, not a big deal so the next time they call I let them know the number is wrong or whatever but please stop calling. A week later they text me again , ok I call and let them know my number isnt to be used cause Ive never had an account or a loan from them so kindly update you information. Now 5 hours later I get three text messages in a minute from them and now they are mad that Im tired of getting contacted. How are you going to mad at someone who never had an account with you and has told three customer service people and one supervisor to stop calling. If this is how they like to treat people who dont bank with them Id hate to see how they treat their customers. From reading the complaints ******* with a loan shark before them!

      If I had the option to give them a rating lower than one star, I would happily do so. Let me just share the horrible experience. First and foremost, I have purchased two brand-new vehicles and paid them off within three years. I currently have two credit cards with an impeccable payment history and a credit score of over 700.03-06-2024 I requested a credit limit increase, to which I was immediately declined. Although I did not understand why, considering my history, I accepted it. 03-08-2024 I received a call/voice message from the bank (******) apologizing, as they could not understand why the application was rejected. This is per her voice message. She indicated that my application was reconsidered and the underwriter had approved my credit limit increase. At this time, I logged into my application to submit my last two paystubs and employer's number for employment verification. I noticed my application status went from DECLINED to APPROVED.03-09-2024 I have not heard back, as I was expecting documents to be sent to me for my signature. Since I did not hear from anyone the entire day, I thought I would log back into my application to send a follow-up message. And to my surprise, the application status went from APPROVED to DECLINED. No call, no message, no nothing. I simply went from "sorry, we could not approve you" to a second decline, to ensure I felt the rejection. Absolutely the worst business practice and the most terrible customer service experience ever! I strongly recommend you do not join this institution. It's like a slap in the face isn't enough, they want to add insult to injury!
