              I am disappointed in this business. When we needed window coverings we decided to use this business because it was locally owned. Since that time, however, we have learned that they are simply a middleman for manufactures that dont care about their customers.We ordered remote control shades for our beachfront condo. Out of nowhere one of the motors in the shades broke about eight weeks ago. I contacted The Blind Spot and they said they would connect with the manufacturer. It is now eight weeks later we have not heard a word. I have called The Blind Spot multiple times And have been told that they are waiting for the manufacturer. Meanwhile, we have sun streaming into our living room during the day and it is very bright. I have no form of recourse other than to sit here and wait in the staff at The Blind Spot. Dont seem to care. Next time we will go with the larger more efficient store.
