1 starThis company charged for expedited shipping and showed that an order would be delivered by June 7th. It blatantly misled during the order process. When I called after order wasn't received as stated when ordered, the company stated it would not ship for an additional week. I would avoid this company at all costs. In my opinion, they do this all the time and make excuses why order wasn't shipped. Most probably accept this and the company just refunds their shipping, still making money. Companies like this should be avoided at all cost. Show them that this type of thing will not be tolerated. Based on reading their complaints on BBB, I am not sure how they could be an Accredited Business. The responses are so vague and, in my opinion, somewhat misleading. Especially about the store credits. Based on some of what I read, who would want to do any further business with a company like this. Why didn't they refund the money? To me, it appears they play the odds, mislead people about their orders, if it doesn't meet the expectations, give an excuse or a credit. These are the complaints and reviews that people took the time to write. Since most people just call to complain, there must be many who don't know who to complain to.Discount Mugs

1 starThis should be ZERO Stars. Products are great, customer service is terrible. I have had better customer service from an undertaker!!! While I'm still alive!!!Bottom line - Please don't call their customer service department on the phone, the person(s) answering the phone have no clue as to what they need to say or do, in order to answer a question, or solve an issue. Additionally, Discount Mugs sales people will ******* you with phone calls trying to sell items you don't need, and their phone protocol is the worst.I anticipate loving the products, but I hope I never talk live to them again....or just shoot me!!!Discount Mugs

1 starI ordered mugs and they looked pretty good. I was asked to write a review on their site, but that was before I put the mugs through the dishwasher. After one or two washes the logo started to peel away. Many of my friends that I gave the mugs to have let me know it happened to them too. They might as well have just slapped a sticker on the mug. A sticker might have lasted longer. They should warn people that the logo is not dishwasher safe. I would not have purchased from them if I had known that and I bet they are counting on that.Discount Mugs

1 starI purchased stress ***** for our company, but I was highly disappointed with the product. Upon receiving the order, the logo and information on the ball started fading away after only 20 minutes of taking it out of the box. Incredibly, letters were falling off, making it impossible to discern the words. One thing is for sure, I will not be using this company again.Discount Mugs

1 starDid I have to do one star? This is the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. I ordered my mugs (holiday gifts) on Dec 3. I was upsold from 13 to 24. The estimated delivery date the entire time was Dec 14 or Dec 15. I explained to the salesperson that I had an absolute drop dead date of Dec 19, he assured me it would be fine. I kept monitoring the order and no progress ever happened. It took 24 hours to 'check with production'. Finally, I got word they would 100% be complete on the 19th. I paid extra for overnight shipping with promises that I would have them by 6pm Dec 20 (for our event on Dec 20). Yesterday, (Dec 19), I contacted them again. I was told they were boxed and awaiting Fed Ex to pick them up, assured I would be given a tracking number in an hour or so. Nothing happened! I have a Fed Ex account so I see when my addresses are used. It is the morning of the 20th. The Christmas gifts that I paid so generously for will not arrive. Discount Mugs does not even prevent to care and has offered nothing in the way of financial reimbursement. They really are the worst. They truly has zero concern for the customer.Discount Mugs

1 starI ordered drinking glasses with my logo on them to handle out to my customers. After 1 WEEK, the logo was wearing off. Discount mugs offered to give me 20% off on a new batch of useless glasses. Serious waste of money. Do not order from Discount Mugs, you will regret it.Discount Mugs

1 starI just want to give an update discount mugs responded to my review with this "Thank you so much for reaching us and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We value you as a customer and want to do everything in our power to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you need anything, please let us know."when I had originally been on the phone the other million times with them they refuse to come to a compromise on anything so that is a lie do not work with them you've been warned and as you can see from NW W response they've done the same to him.they don't care that your order is delayed or that the quality is terrible. do not give them your money. they don't follow up and they just take your money and run. If I hadn't been on the phone with them EVERY DAY they would've just never sent my products. you know what ***** stolen money is to the government grand larceny I really not doing a chargeback or even taking them to small claims court instead of this stupid bs. 1 starDiscount Mugs or Bel USA LLC is likely extremely limited in their ability to deliver a quality product as advertised. Cotton drawstring bags were not screenprinted as in the proof, but affixed as plasticized decal. Although fine artwork was provided, the final product was severely darkened/saturated so color image was distorted with the wrong color intensity -- pale greens, blues, and yellows, turned into black, deep purple, orange. Ordered a large quantity having had previous good quality product. Will not use again.Discount Mugs

Discount Mugs worked with us on a modified order. They took our concerns seriously and worked to provide a product to our satisfaction. We were much happier with a one-color over the full-color printing on drawstring bags. In the future, we will not confirm the order before confirming and receiving a product proof.J. S.

1 starOrdered approx 120 glasses with our non-profit logo and lettering to give away at our charity event. We handed out about ***** glasses. I ordered these glasses 3 months prior to our event to take advantage of 20% discount that ended 2/28/23. I rec'd the glasses and inspected them and they were fine. A week after our event on 5/5/23 I rec'd a text from someone with a picture of what her 2 glasses looked like after going through 1 dishwasher cycle. Part of the logos and lettering on both glasses had peeled off. I took 2 glasses from our remaining and washed them the logo and lettering on one of them peeled off. I then heard from 3 others who had the same thing happen to their glasses. CS asked to supply pictures. I sent the pics of 3 glasses that the logo was defective. I rec'd an email back the next day first saying that my dispute was beyond the time frame for any disputes, Next day I rec'd a follow up saying that they would offer an online credit for the 3 glasses that were defective. That credit would only be good for 3 months. They said they would also give ** a credit for any additional pictures we could provide. So, if I could reach out to everyone who rec'd a glass and had a issue please send me a pic. After all of I would get is a 3 month online credit. Our organization only orders promotional items once a year so we could not take advantage of the 3-month credit. Now have 60 glasses that are useless. I am not going to give out possible defective glasses. I could wash the remaining glasses then send pics to DM logo may peel off after 1, 2, 3 or even more washes then again DM would give a credit again it would only be for 3 months which is useless for our organization. I emailed DM CS and even after telling telling them we could not use a 3 month credit online. They said if I could provide ***** pics of proof, they would offer an additional 20% credit again with the 3-month expiration which is useless for our organization. *****Discount Mugs
