5 starsI experienced very professional and personal communications with the two main proprietors. They were available on the phone on a regular basis when I called. They kept me an updated as to the manufacturing and shipping schedules, especially during a busy early summer season. 5 starsA wonderful experience; couldn't be happier!! Never thought I would purchase a bedroom set online, sight unseen and out of state. But when I came across the Captiva Island collection I had finally found my vision! After the owner, ****, answered my multitude of questions, I felt very comfortable in placing the order. Each and every step of the delivery process went exactly as described. The delivery team was phenomenal, provided excellent communication and superb white glove installation. And...the furniture is BEAUTIFUL!! I am extremely pleased with the quality; it is exactly what I wanted!

5 starsOur Beautiful King Master, SANTA **** ***** BEDROOM ITEMS, and Queen, NASSAU WHITE BEDROOM ITEMS, arrived in excellent condition, and the **************************** was stellar. The two-delivery gentleman were courteous, professional, and very careful in the handling and installation of the wicker items throughout our home. 5 starsI have been a loyal customer of ********************** since 2021. We refurnished our entire home after Hurricane ****** and most recently, we purchased an additional bedroom set this February. We have been very satisfied with both the quality of their products and the service we received. It is hard to find a company that considers communication important to customer service. **** at ********************** is quick to respond to emails and phone calls. He is a problem solver. 5 starsWe ordered a rattan dining table from American Rattan and Wicker. After searching many rattan websites, we finally found on this site a rattan table that had a wood top and not a glass top. Each time I contacted American Rattan to inquire about the status of our order, I received a prompt reply. Our table arrived well packed and in perfect condition. It looks beautiful with our rattan chairs and we are very happy with this purchase. Even though it took a month for us to receive the table coming from within our same state and we were told was in stock, it was worth the wait.American Rattan and Wicker

5 starsWe purchased the Antigua by South Sea Caster arm chairs with Swivel- Tilt for our dining room chairs. Love the chairs and love the Elixir Fabric! It really adds a nice pop of color! Highly recommend!American Rattan and Wicker

1 starIf I could give American Rattan Zero star I would. I spent $6000 for a Riviera dining set it took about a year to get it, excused the delay because of COVID. On 9/2/22, I placed an order for a Riviera console table. Paid 1/3 deposit. Followed up constantly, *******************,never initiated a contact to me. On 10/12/23, I contacted him again for delivery status, although they continue to advertise the table at a $300 increase. I was told that the company was no longer making the table. I contacted the 800 number spoke to his wife who told me she sold the same table a week ago. Awaiting my refund. It. been nearly weeks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WANT HEAR FROM THEM UNLESS YOU MAKE THE CALL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!American Rattan and Wicker

I'm so glad to have you as a great customer. You ordered a $6000 dining set from **, received it and then returned to order the Riviera console table so you must love your 6k dining set and we are so grateful for your business. Classic Rattan, the manufacturer advised us the console table could be on various containers. They would receive containers and the table wasnt on them. We would have loved to sell you that table but we cant sell you something that didnt arrive.The part of this review where someones wife advised they just sold the table is just plain "not true" because we have no wives working here. And of course we can't sell a product that doesnt exist. I think in this regard the customer has us confused with another company because of the wives comment and also because we always refund a customers deposit when they cancel an order.Review fromCandice N

3 starsWe bought a dining room and living room furniture for our sunroom room. The dining room furniture is great. lots of compliments. The sleeper sofa and love seat are great. We also got a cofee table and end table with a glass top. Never get a buy one of their pieces with a glass top. It looks like supporting the glass was a afterthought. The coffee table has four little pushpins supporting the glass. If you put anything in the center the glass will bow down, its only a matter of time before it breaks, same thing with the end table. I`ve been around a while and I have never seen anything like it , never buy the glass top. we talked to William about it and never heard anything. I don`t know if we can get a different top to fit it. we are happy with the furniture, don`t buy the glass top.American Rattan and Wicker

I'm sure glad the customer had such a great experience and loved their dining room and living room furniture.
I also appreciate the customers feedback on ************* glass bowing because this is a very unusual occurrence and difinitely not a normal situation. Im not sure the collection being referenced because the customer didnt provide the model name. We could have solved the problem by getting a larger glass cut locally for the customers.

4 starsI placed an order for a bed in late August and there were delays beyond the initial delivery estimate of ***** weeks. In addition, I received some conflicting information from one of the customer service ************ initially this was very upsetting, the owner stepped up to the plate and took accountability and rectified the situation. I appreciate that he did so in a timely and professional manner. With every business, there will be situations that are not ideal, but it is important to the right thing and he certainly did.
