  Great products and company. Exactly what I was looking for my shower remodel. I had a 1930s home upstairs master bath that tile companies did not want to rip out and tile for some reason. I used the MIrrorflex wall panels on an existing shower walls. Cascade 48x96" white. Easy to install for a non contractor. Customer service was very friendly and helpful throughout.

  Ordered crown molding for our library. Was aware that it would take time to get here and was disappointed to find it was made of foam. I realize this is my fault for not reading well enough. It's right there. I expected something a little more heavy duty for the price I paid. However it looked great and it would still work perfect. When trying to install the corners found that the precut corners were not cut at the correct angle. Disappointing as I bought these so I wouldn't have to do it and yes my wall corner are square, I checked. Also found that the corner details do not match up so one side will have a bump detail and the other will not causing the white foam to be clearly visible. This is what bothers me most. Cut the pieces so that they match up perfectly.....it's foam. When I messaged them asking if they had touch up paint to cover up their mistakes they said no. How are you supposed to cover up these mistakes without touch up paint? Sure I can color match and it will be close but still highly disappointed. The end product looks great after lots of fine tuning and touch up but for the exorbitant cost of these I expect a much better product.

  We've used Decorative Ceiling Tiles in four rooms over the past four years. We recently purchased crown molding and were delighted with the results. Our home is almost 100 years old and ceilings are plaster, which means plenty of cracks. The tiles go up fast and look terrific. Ordering is easy and shipments are fast.

  In March 2022 I purchased $1000 of Styrofoam ceiling tiles from Decorative Ceiling ************* When the tiles arrived we started putting them up just like we did 3 other times we bought from them. The tiles would not match up. So we took every tile and measured each one. None of the tiles were 20 20" some were 19" 7/8. 19"5/8 and so on. I contacted the company and their response was I was installing them wrong. I explained they were not square. Hesaid well if you paint the tiles it'll hide the imperfections. I ask for them to be replaced he said I'd have to pay the shipping back to the Company and I can't have my money back. The company claims 100% Guarantee is not at all true.

  The ultimate in customer service! We spent a lot of money and I wasn't happy with the difference in the look of the tiles we received versus what we saw online. Initially, I felt like my displeasure was not taken seriously, but then I got a call and was told they looked at their stock and in fact, the overseas manufacturer had changed their process and proceilingtiles was unaware of that until I wrote about it. This has changed their procedures and they review their supply before they send it out. The follow up has been ********, professional, ethical and apologetic for not going the extra step earlier for us. I cannot praise them enough for resolving ours and their issue!
