    I had a vehicle that was supposed to be picked up on July 8 and was supposed to be delivered July 10. I wasnt picked up until July 10 and wont be delivered until July 14th. Theyve had horrible communication with me. The customer service line hung up on me twice and never called to inform me of any delays. They sent a driver to the car dealership without any info on the vehicle he showed up with my name and the dealerships address, they had issues discharging the vehicle because of our one professional this company handled the pick up.

    They do not do what they say and when they do want to pick the car up they will jack the price up

    Complete garbage, I dont believe anything this guy says. Gave us an order, didnt follow through, said hed refund after he cancled the order and now he is going back on his word saying he wont refund this order was signed on the 24th today is the 28th and now he is telling me I either accept a cash voucher or he is going to assign someone to pick up my car when I have no idea who the carrier is I get everyones terms and conditions but if you dont follow through with the order and times set to pick up and deliver well then your terms and conditions dont have any meaning no matter what. especially when you canceled first. I have all texts between ********************* and plan to receive my money back.
