    I purchased the entire Aplian software suite in 2020, and their products served me well until I had to upgrade in 2024. Installation of the product in 2024 requires a third party video engine that is not provided by Applian Technologies. Also there is no way to obtain the video engine. Although I found the company responsible for the third party video engine, one has to buy the third party product suite to obtain that component. (I guess, I never did buy their product suite to find out). When I contacted Applian support, they told me to reinstall their product. That was odd, because after registering a product, it will not reinstall, all you get is a trial product, which does not function. But I followed Applian's direction, which did not result in functional software. Applian provided no other support or direction. I believe this constitutes deceptive or negligent business practice and would like to warn others about the products that Applian are currently selling. I believe they are selling vaporware now.
