12/30/23 Contacted ****** @ Two Conchs (dba ************************* Agreed to book a brand-new production 39 boat with a head for 4/2-4/5, 2024. $1600 Deposits Paid.3/19/24 Contacted ****** @ Two Conchs to reconfirm booking. She informed me that the 39 boat would not be available. I asked if they had another 39 boat with a head. She said No. She said they could put me in a 36 boat with a bucket instead of a head. I said that I needed to check with my wife as she may not be ok with that. ****** said that was fine, but that I should rebook into the 36 to hold my dates/times. Checked with the family, and they decided best to cancel the trip. Sent a text message to ****** requesting to cancel the bookings.3/20/24 Spoke with Capt. ************************ I explained that we had cancelled our trip, because the agreed upon brand-new 39 boat would not be available. He said that they could provide a substitute 39 boat. I informed him that I had already cancelled our trip because of what ****** had told me on 3/19. He said that he would contact ******.I spoke with ******. She refused to cancel/refund our bookings even though the brand-new 39 boat that I booked will not be available. She acknowledged that she told me on 3/19 that they had no other 39 boats available, even though Capt. **** said this was not true. She also acknowledged that having a "head" on the boat was our top priority at the time of booking. ($2,380 Balance Charged).****** ************ ***********************
