      If I could list zero stars I would. I honestly don’t know where to start. I rented a property in 2018 and I recently vacated due to uninhabitable housing and rental increase. To start, the property has never once been maintained, pest control has never been out, maintenance of any kind is never taken seriously. Last summer 2022 the ac unit (a wall unit not even a central ac unit) broke, I reported it to the property management on the first week of June, I had to submit 4 portal requests before someone gave me the maintenance phone number, who I had to contact directly, who then informed me they would come to look at the unit, he spent a grand total of 5 minutes with his hand in front of the vent and said “ yeah it’s broken” mind you I have submitted multiple previous portal requests because the unit consistently froze up, I do mean literal ice blocks formed on the coils. I was told this is “normal” it is not. It took them 3 full months to buy another unit that was available at the local lowes and Home Depot ( I checked the unit number and make) after being told there was a supply and demand issue. No once did anyone follow up with me. When I did receive the new unit the maintenance worker was rude, he brought his wife with him, proceeded to throw the broken unit out of my front door and stomped around like a child, in addition to that the plumbing issues were never resolved - and has not been to this day. I am now receiving a notice stating they are keeping 340$ of my security deposit for “damages” when I was informed by Tina who completed my move out inspection that the home was in better condition that when they had rented it to me and would have no issue in providing my full deposit. I am appalled by the communication and outright disrespect from this company. I have rented multiple places where there has never been an issue, I am a model tenant, an ashamed by their actions. This is the first of many complaints I intend to file.
