            June 7th, 2023 I paid West Maitland Dentistry, with $100 of that sold extra for two cleanings. That's how it was explained to me by their receptionist. I contacted them today to get that $100 back as I wasn't returning to the dentistry. The person I was speaking to, who claims to be the *** says I cannot be refunded because they didn't charge me for some X-rays, and if I wanted my money back, they would have to charge me for X-rays. Well, that's their problem, and that's not how it was explained to me. The receptionist who explained it that initial day, who actually said she was new there and I never saw her again, that the $100 was separate for two cleanings. I just want my $100 for the two cleanings I never used back.
