My company has had great services provided by DCI - nobody wants to need the services of a collections agency, however when you do and someday every company does, the team at *** has been spot on to collect as many bad accounts as possible... some for as little as $150 owed in services that we rendered.. some as old as 4-5 months aged AR by the time I found and decided to work w DCI. I have been in contact with abt a half dozen representatives at *** and had great calls with each person - they are informative, patient, supportive and listen to our needs moving forwards together as an extension of my company. Taking on the tedious tasks we get to move on from and focus on our day-to-day bread and butter !!-- as for the bad reviews below that state "they got billed" - "were lied to because they were told there is no cost unless collection is successful" - "they were told it costs xyz to proceed" then calling out DCI as not being true to their word of "no cost for no success in collection attempts" - - the claims are simply inaccurate! When moving from conventional attempts to collect a debt into an escalation of litigation or other ******** services - these are add on/escalated "fee for services options" ..structured and offered as an option - an option the owed party trying to collect must agree to, it's not automatic ..it is unreasonable to expect to have attorneys brought in at a cost to DCI and not have the company that is attempting to collect owed funds for products or services receive the increased level of services for free!- there is no misrepresentation... just ignorance on the reviewer of expecting every facet of services to be free of costs ((if unsure, ASK -->> communicate, be involved, and you will know what to expect and what is expected of you way ahead of misunderstandings and misplaced blame!!)) Just sayin...
