I booked this resort in April 2023 using an online booking site, After realizing i could contact the resort directly i did so and booked a 3 night stay for June 18-21 followed up with an email from the resort confirming my reservation with a confirmation number, Everything seemed to be in order until i received a text from the online booking site that my credit card would be charged in 24 hours. I knew I had canceled that booking because going directly to the resort was significantly less money, I called the resort the next morning and spoke with Amanda, After explaining my side of the situation she was at first cordial and said we'll get to the bottom of this together but that quickly changed and she told me that i should look elsewhere and that she was canceling my reservation, She made excuses for the person Kyle that I had originally spoken to saying he was pretty "new" and shouldn't have given me the room rate that he did and basically offered no solution or adjustment to the $300 difference in the cost that I would have to incur, I also spoke to a manager who was absolutely no help, He just said we are canceling your reservation, NO customer service here! BEWARE of this resort!!!
