Founded and run by local tradespeople, our family business blends over a decade of stucco experience with a hands-on, customer-first approach. We work with builders, homeowners, and property managers to deliver durable, attractive exteriors that stand up to coastal weather. From pre-construction planning and color/finish consultations to meticulous installation and timely repairs, we treat every job like it’s for our own home.
What we do - New construction stucco: Full-system exterior stucco for single-family homes, multi-family, and light commercial builds — substrate prep, lath, scratch/ brown/finish coats, and finishing textures/colors. Stucco repairs & maintenance: Crack repair, moisture remediation, patching, re-texturing, and repainting to restore looks and performance. EIFS (Exterior Insulation & Finish Systems): Design, installation, and repairs of EIFS systems — energy-efficient solutions with proper flashing and drainage detailing. Consultation & inspections: On-site assessments, moisture/damage inspections, and recommendations for repair vs. replacement. Color matching & custom finishes: Large palette, synthetic and traditional finishes to match architecture and homeowner preferences.
