            On 9 August 2021 the HVAC unit, maintained by Roussos AC for 2+yrs, the secondary drain system flooded the attic/master bedroom ceiling causing $1,200+ damage. A technician found the drain pan plugged with debris and float valve cutoff switch was not connected. The safety system failed to shut off the unit. In December 2020, both HVAC units were serviced by Roussos. The technician recommended both have a full coil cleaning. We followed their recommendation and on 25 March 2021 both units were cleaned. Per invoice "Cleaned indoor unit with bio code and indoor coil with no rinse cleaner. Blower assembly was clean, vaccumed drain. Cleaned condenser coil and checked refrigerant charge all good. Checked all components of condenser all within range." Six separate email requests for resolution have gone unanswered. How can a system "within range" plug w debris, unhook from the system, and flood unless it was improperly connected/serviced. We'd like Roussos to cover damage repair.

            I have been a customer with Roussos Air Conditioning since I arrived in Lynn Haven August 2017!
            Their service and technicians are EXCELLENT! GREAT & PROFESSIONAL people. Everyone I have talked with are VERY POLITE and EASY deal with. Very knowledgeable of every aspect of my HVAC needs. I would recommend Roussos Air Conditioning to EVERYONE. They are TOP NOTCH!
