      I was led to believe Morgan Exterior's, Inc. was a reputable company but have learned they are not. They stated they only use their employees and that is not true. They use subcontractors who's work does not pass inspection. I have been waiting 19 weeks since my windows & doors were installed and I'm still waiting for them to come back out & install them correctly. I've requested to talk to Rick Morgan twice and I still have not heard back from him. Since they have received payment they have completely ignored me. I would not recommend them to anyone for service. What they promised & service is received is substandard work. When houses in the area around me have had windows put in & passed inspection after me by other companies Morgan Exterior would be the last ones I would recommend. Attorney General is next on my list to contact to try to get them finished. Don't use Morgan's. They do NOT care!

      Sales process review (same review left on ******)We recently had the pleasure of working with ******* (and *****) during our search for new windows, and she was hands down the best representative we encountered. From the moment she walked in, ******* was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, and what impressed us most was her honesty, if she didnt know the answer to something, she didnt pretend. Instead, she made a quick call to find out and got us the accurate information we needed. Unlike many of the sales **** we met from other well-known window companies, ******* never made us feel like we were just another commission check. She truly listened to our needs and helped us feel confident and informed without ever being pushy.*******, thank you for making the sales portion of this process completely stress-free. Youve set the bar high! Were looking forward to sharing another review once the installation and close-out process is complete. Highly recommend!

      This is the ugly truth about my experience with Morgan Exteriors, Inc. I signed a contract with this company to install two single exterior doors. They sent two men who were unskilled to install the doors. They removed a decorative border around the doors hauled it away, as well as the deadbolt to one door. The other deadbolt was installed upside down. They produced a massive amount of dust and damaged the drywall around the doors by using a saw. They took my storm door against my wishes and threw debris in my yard. I requested a supervisor the next day and when he came to my home, he said the doors are in solid and they are crooked because you have a crooked house. I had paid nearly $5,000 down and the total cost of the job was nearly $16,000. I asked the company to keep the down payment and walk away and I would repair the damage at my expense. They refused and insisted that they could repair the damage. They eventually sent their best door installer to install the doors properly. It still failed inspection twice before passing but the inspector admitted it was not a a perfect installation which you would think would be done for $16,000. Also in their literature they promise to put down drop cloths to prevent a mess and will clean before. This was not done. In trying to get the company to do the right thing they were extremely unreasonable. They lied tried to bully me and were not at all like what they represented themselves when the salesman managed to charge such an exorbitant amount for the project. I believe these people prey on elderly vulnerable people and care nothing about quality only the bottom line. I felt duped, victimized , disrespected, and angry. I didn’t know that it is legal for a company to exhibit such horrible, unacceptable abusive behavior and wreck my home and deliver such inferior quality of work in the United States of America. Kirk M***** and his family owned business do not deserve to inflict themselves on anyone.

      I wrote a review about my experience with this company. They are extremely protective of their rating with the BBB which does not reflect the truth in anyway. They responded to my review by doing exactly what I relayed they did in my case. They lied and they cut every corner possible. They sent workers who did so much damage that anyone who saw it could not believe that it occurred during a door installation and I have pictures of the damage. I never stated that I was satisfied with the work and the Pinellas County Consumer Affairs never said I was satisfied and to state that they did express that to the company is a lie. Those men were crazy and in no way qualified to do anything in someones home. They charged an exorbitant amount of money and use high pressure tactics when a complaint is made about the work to discourage and intimate the customer. They claim to have recordings which in reality do not exist. They are a company that should be exposed for what they are not allowed to post lies in response to an honest review. I did file a complaint with the *******************************. I also wrote the Governor of Florida and received a phone call stating that he received the information and suggested I contact the **** in ***********. I still might do that because the companies behavior and response to my review represents the level of dishonesty that permeates every aspect of their behavior toward their customers.

      We arrived down here and that night th sliding glass door shattered. we called them up qnd the price on the two glass door set that we had replaced , the price had gone up fifty per cent in two years. They replaced the two sets of sliders, left one set of keys on the dresser. The other set who knows shat happened to them. After about four months they replceded the lock where we had no keys. Also there was a spot between the panes of glass. this should not happen. where are their inspections? In addtion to that one of the windows in my office was all fogged up all day long, they replaced it, Why did this happen. A couple of the other windows fog up in the morning.

      Do not ever use this company. We have waited months to get the job completed. They got paid so we are not a priority. Today they called to cancel again because one guy was sick yet the other guy could go to other jobs. I told them that they needed to cancel those jobs and come to my house. I said they probably hadnt paid them yet so they needed to go there first. After being put on hold she came back to say the installer would come this afternoon. I will see if that happens. Also I have been talking to the finance company and told them they need to find some other company to do business with since they are so unreliable.

      So the service guy came. He had a part that was wrong, no trim for the three windows, no siding, and no replacement window for the one that was damaged. What a waste of time for everyone. Maybe the next time they will send two people with all the items needed to finish the job. A refund for this work would be a great solution and they could just leave us be.

      I would not waste your time with Morgan Exteriors. The sales person spent three hours at our house giving us a quote for replacement windows. We were VERY clear as to what type of windows we wanted (white, single hung, impact). After the sales pitch the sales person wrong up a very lengthy quote that consisted of four different type of windows. He started with the manufactures pricing down to the "bottom line prices" which was about 50% off. No where on the quote was the brand and model of the windows we wanted. Two days later I received a call from the "Proposal Review Specialist" to go over the quote. Come to find out they had not quoted us on the window we requested. They had quoted us on double hung. I asked for an updated quote, frustrated because the sales person spent 3 hours doing the quote for wrong windows. I was questioned why we did not want double hung, told it was a better window for same price, and we would be happy with them. After being clear was did not want double hung I was told maybe they were not the company for us and we would be removed from their call list. We would not have used them anyway as they did not listen to what the customer wanted and were attempting to sell us a whole different window, not providing an accurate quote, so we would not notice?

      Morgan Exteriors, Inc., Stand by Their Product/Work - Soffit Repair
      In May 2020 we contracted with Morgan Exteriors to have our front windows to our home removed & a hurricane-rated picture window installed. This project also involved removing the electronic shutters that covered the original windows.
      During Hurricane Milton when the back side of the hurricane came through the rattling was much harder, louder, & frequent; I looked out our picture window & saw a piece of soffit lying in the rock bed below the window. After the storm when we came out the soffit pieces that were replaced after removing the electronic shutter system in May of 2020 were in the yard.
      We contacted Mrs. Catalina Morgan via email with the data & requested to know if this is something they could repair. Mrs. Morgan advised that they would send a team out as soon as they could.
      On 11/6 Bobby Schindler & Aaron Schindler came to do the repair. Bobby asked me to come out & showed me what they were going to do & why, the emphasis was securing the soffit. He educated me on how soffit connections get weak over time due to many factors which end up in metal fatigue. Then they did their magic. Their professionalism, friendliness, & willingness to educate me was very refreshing & appreciated. When their work was completed & they left the work area was clean. If you need soffit work, I strongly recommend Morgan Exteriors, you will be totally satisfied.
      One other significant input, Morgan Exteriors, Inc. stands by their products & their work, this was the reputation they had before we contracted with them for our new picture window & is the reason we contracted with them to replace our front windows with their hurricane-rated picture window.

      Horrible company to deal with. Still have t completed the job. It will take them three visits which should have been completed in one day by any other window company Still don’t have a lock on one of our patio doors and no visit scheduled for it Installers were supposed to install windows on a Saturday but they only installed the patio doors and mentioned they were happy to be done early as they “forgot” to pick up the windows. They also had to go back to Whse a few times on monday (2nd install date) as they forgot parts to complete and still waiting for lock Now they want payment for an incomplete job Was going to use them for more projects but after seeing what they did and didn’t do, we will go elsewhere Also posting more complaints on other sites I should have reviewed them more before signing the contract.

      We were lied too. We were told we would get professional workers. We did not get professional workers. They did more damage then the hurricane. They Cut electrical wires. stink pipe., cut support wall boards. I have pictures. There 100% warranty only protects them. So if you deiced to go with this company read it carefully. There is so much more that went wrong . Just want to ****** you be careful.

      First Morgan Exteriors Lied, We paid $ 2310 extra for the job. We told the estimator that came out how the house was built. The layers of paneling that had to be taken off and put on.They took off T111 and put on harder board Cement board. Which was told to put on in the agreement. It was necessary to put on sub base and then cement board . And as far As the painting they put on two different white paint on one was semi gloss the other was flat. They did correct the paint at or request. Your high quality standards needs a lot to be Desired. They did more damage than the hurricane. Knocked tile off the bathroom wall put the window in wrong. Put the front windows in wrong three times. Now we have nails showing thru the inside of the house. Your warranty is for your company not for your customer. It states to get you have to get your workers to come back and do the work. Do you really think that we would let your workers come back that do not know how to do the work. We did not know that we had to baby set your workers. They did more damage then I said but you get the jest of it. We should get all our money back plus. You have given Mr. Kurt M. who built his company a bad name. The original estimate was $30,250.
