    The Clean Plumbers came to our house at 11p. It was a toilet emergency and needed a new valve. The plumber put it in, but he didn't have all his tools and did a half job! So, they charged us ******! And I asked for a refund and they won't do it! I disputed it through Chime and they denied the refund!

    Hello,

    I apologize for the delay in getting back with you. That time gap is not acceptable on our end.

    we Provided an emergency service at almost 10:00 pm. Our clients are informed on the recorded line that we charge a $99 after hours charge. That charge is for us to come to the property outside of business hours. The client has the option for us to come during normal business hours.

    I am sorry the homeowner was not happy with our services. I attached a screenshot of the 5-star review the client left for us.

    However, I called the client to try to resolve the issue as a courtesy. I left a voicemail and look forward to speaking with the client.

    VERY DISAPPOINTED!THE HTP WATER HEATER PROVIDED AND INSTALLED BY THE CLEAN PLUMBER IN 2021, **** WAS COMMERCIAL GRADE AND WOULD LAST 10+ YEARS SERVICED 8/23/2023 THEN 11/16/2023 NO HOT WATER.**** IS 3 YEARS 6 YEAR WARRANTY FOR LEAKS NOT ELECTRICAL ISSUES AT THIS POINT THEIR OFFER SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACE THE **** WITH 6 YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY IF CANNOT REPAIR THEN IS REPLACED.THE ONLY FOCUSED IN SELLING A NEW **** SOLD TO ME AT RIDICULOUS COST OF ******* LESS A DISCOUNT OF ****** AND 5% AT 174 FOR ******* THEY HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.NOT EVEN THE **** I HAD PRIOR TO THE *** PURCHASED AT ***** LASTED 10 YEARS HOW CAN YOU SELL A CUSTOMER A **** UNKOWN TO ANYONE AND ONLY LASTS 3 YEARS, NOT ACCEPTABLE THE **** IS 80 GALLONS 3 YEARS OLD I HAVE INCLUDED PHOTOS THEY TOOK AND THE REPLACEMENT INOICE, AND THE LABOR COST IF *** REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY

    Our labor warranty is 1 year but manufacturer warranty is 6 years.

    The install was for a 50 gallon in 2020.

    I am rejecting this response because, their information is not correct.

    They installed a 80 Gallon unit from ***, in 2020 which, in my opinion, was faulty because only lasted 3 years and some months, their own technician , ****, kept inquiring where I got the unit, and my reply was from your company, he was not familiar with the unit brand, instead of taking care of the customer by replacing the unit at no cost, wanted to sell me another unit and the *** unit warranty was only for leaks not internal wiring. I would never accept such a warranty,  if I had been informed by my plumbing company.

    Meanwhile, I was in a home for over 3 days with no hot water and caregiver to my father who is 93 years of age.

    All manufacturers warranty that I have ever had was for repair versus replacement, if could not be repaired then would be replaced..

    Also found out that, the water heater is based on square footage of home just like an AC Unit, therefore, did not need an 80 gallon unit, my square footage of 1657 should only need 50 to 55 gallon unit, from the beginning in 2020, they were not being professional or ethical. The only reason went to a 80 gallon unit was because it was suggested by their technician, prior to that day I had a 50 gallon unit.

    I was not treated fairly  by, The Clean Plumber, from the very beginning and should be compensated for, the cost of a 55 gallon unit, which is what I installed for the comfort of my family, which they should have done when unit could not be replaced by the ***  warranty.

    I am requesting reimbursement from them, up to this point, I thought I was their loyal customer, always calling them for any ******************** services I needed in my home, but they didn't consider me in the same manner.
